Uncommitted 70

Even with all Lyin’ Ted’s cheating and bribing, at least SOME of the “uncommitted” delegates have pledged to Trump. A bunch of PA delegates may end up included in this category. That means the “hard total” for Trump does not actually need to show as 1237, but I think it will.

REAL Delegate count - After April 26

SOURCE: The Green Papers - Hard Totals
http://goo.gl/7FiwMA

It seems that 45 (of 54) PA delegates accounted for as "uncommitted" are pledged to Trump.
I will redo numbers to reflect that.

Trump 956 1001
Lyin' Ted 547
Lil' Marco 173
Crazy John 154
Rats and Mice 140 95
    Carson 9
    Low Energy Jeb 4
    Paul 1
    Huckabee 1
    Lyin' Carly 1
    Uncommitted 124 79
Available 502
    Required for Trump win 281 236 (1237 - 956) (40.5% of remaining )
    Excess available to all 221 266 (502-281)

Trump reaches a Majority at (281-221)+1 = 61

Total 2,472

Green Papers have updated numbers following Wyoming and they AGREE
EXCEPT:
They have not yet moved 3 "available" delegates to "uncommitted" for CO and WY

Popular Vote
Trump 10,081,340 39.61%
Lyin' Ted 6,903,829 27.12%
Lil' Marco 3,490,557 13.71%
Crazy John 3,660,095 14.38%

Trump leads Lyin' Ted by 3,177,511 votes.... and rising.

DELEGATE position after April 26

Image

NOTES:
  • Trump on track to attain a majority 50% (1237)
  • Trump total does not include "uncommitted" pledged to Trump (maybe 45 delegates)
  • Lyin' Ted STILL FAILS to reach even 25% (619)
  • Trump requires 61 (net) more delegates to reach a running majority
  • Crazy John is just a waste of space 4th (John Who?)

Most of the 54 "uncommitted" from PA have pledged a preference

The MILESTONE….. Trump securing a “running majority” is actually already achieved if one does include, say 45 extra pledged delegates from the PA 54
45 taken from the “GOPe Twilight Zone” side and added to the “Trump Country” side is a NET gain on Trump side of 90 delegates. So Trump is ALREADY 29 delegates more than 50% of all delegates assigned so far.
He has what Karl Rove claims he does not have… already. Karl Rove should now shut up.

Image

ALL delegates assigned so far(including 45 of 54 from PA)
Rats and Mice 95
    Carson 9
    Low Energy Jeb 4
    Paul 1
    Huckabee 1
    Lyin’ Carly 1
    Uncommitted 79
Lyin' Ted 547
Lil' Marco 173
Crazy John 154

Total Not Trump = 960

Trump = 1001

Really at this stage… it does NOT MATTER what the precise number is for Lyin’ Ted.
There are numbers shown as “Uncommitted” a few of which no doubt will support Lyin’ Ted on 1st ballot, but Ted is STILL a loser.. well below 25% of delegates let alone a contender for 50%
IF you consider my pie graph…
The numbers accounted for on the “GOPe Twilight Zone” side of the pie can ALL be considered as “Not Trump” and in competition with “Trump”. It makes no difference to the total on that side if delegates are included for Lyin’ Ted, or “Rats and Mice”. It DOES matter on the Trump side how many “Rats and Mice” cross over to Trump side. I have assumed 45 of the 54 PA “uncommitted” added to Trump.

I am completely fed up with Lyin’ Ted (and Crazy John)….. they are soooooo…. last month!!

I can’t really be bothered to post about them, post jokes and photoshops etc.

I liken Lyin’ Ted to Dog crap on one’s shoe. I scraped him off a while back…. and he is gone… just the smell lingers. I guess all one can do is keep walking and hope the smell wears off soon.

Update from Sam Wang (Princeton)

Indiana may not matter any more
April 28th, 2016, 9:00am by Sam Wang

http://election.princeton.edu/2016/04/2 ... -any-more/

Quote:
Media types want you to get your knickers in a twist about Indiana. However, the data suggests that it doesn’t matter any more. Rationally speaking, it is probably time to stop writing so much about the Republican race for delegates. Also, a moratorium on “brokered-convention” articles?

As of today, for recently-unpolled states (NE,WV,OR,WA,MT,NM,SD) I will start using Google Correlate-based estimates. Of those states, Trump is favored in West Virginia (34 delegates) and is near-tied in Oregon and Washington (proportional representation). The rest are Cruz states.

Put through the PEC delegate simulator, the median delegate count is 1333 (interquartile range 1304-1339).

The probability of getting to 1237 delegates is 98%:
Image

What if we assume that Trump will lose Indiana? In that case the median drops to 1284 delegates (interquartile range 1278-1287).

The probability of getting to 1237 is now 97%:

Lyin' Ted is just being an asshole... he needs to quit!!

Sam Wang’s REAL mathematical analysis has been a comfort and confirmation for some time. I have been looking at the math as an “amateur” with some knowledge of math and statistics, and frankly I have been sure all along that Trump was on track to make 1237….easily. All the MSM analysis is nonsense.. deliberately misleading IMO .. notably via Karl Rove.. who I am sure KNOWS better and is lying.

Cruz denies Kasich alliance; Kasich camp “I can’t stand liars”

The marriage is over, seriously!

Earlier this week both campaigns put out news releases and statements they were working on stopping Donald Trump from winning the needed 1,237 to clinch the GOP nomination.

Now both camps are at odds because their alliance is not working. Now both are looking desperate and weak. The entire situation looks like they are trying to take advantage of the people of Indiana.

It’s clear, both of these candidates do not have a path to the 1,237 and they are failing to create a sustainable message for Americans to rally behind. The press went after Kasich on Monday morning who said “I never told people not to vote for me in Indiana,” and now Cruz, three days later says there was never a deal in place. Kasich’s people didn’t like that at all.

Who do you think is telling the truth or are both lying?
