If I was on Jury I would sentence her to death just for causing all this crap to go on day after day.. but that's just me.

One wold hope the jurors would see through the charade of whatever it is that Jodi is trying to do, but I thought she would get the death penalty the first time around. Then we got to hear how the jury foreman (I think it was the foreman) saw something or other in Jodi and would like to talk to her, to better understand. Jodi shot a man in the head, she stabbed him 19 (?) times, she slit his throat, she dragged his corpse to a shower stall and crammed him in, she made up letters to make her victim look like a pedophile, exactly what does deserve the death penalty if not this type of savagery.

I hope it is true since this thing has been drug out way too long and sadly has been very disjointed. I feel bad for the jury.

PS. There was something on twitter the other day about the Defense having filed something more sealed with a picture of something from twitter. Also they tried again to ask for a mistrial because of Martinez accidentally using the name of a witness who didn't want to be named, whose name is apparently already known to many on social media because it is said that the individual posted the same claims and noted that they were going to be a witness.

Oh well you can't make this stuff up.

whoomp there it is. As expected #JodiArias defense files a motion to dismiss due to prosecutor blurting out "secret" affiant name last week.

Anyone keep count of the times the defense asked for a dismissal? I know that it is standard practice but good gravy. One of my favorite parts of the trial is when Juan accused Nurmi and Wilmott of tying to add a few pennies to their own kettle I thought Wilmott was going to go Jodi Arias on Juan.

What? Can this possibly be true? Run through March?


The retrial was supposed to be over last month but it looks like this case could run through March, especially if Arias herself gets back on the witness stand.

PHOENIX – An East Valley teen is dead after an accident involving a zip line. 3TV has learned the 15-year-old boy who was killed was Tony Flores.

Tony was the son of Detective Esteban Flores of the Mesa Police Department. Flores has been a key witness in the Jodi Arias murder trial.

According to reports on twitter Jodi Arias will not continue to testify. Juan Martinez is not going to move to have her testimony stricken from the record. Jeffrey Evan Gold believes that is so Martinez can present evidence to refute or show she lied, testified differently in the trial possibly where that evidence might not otherwise be admissible without her prior testimony. Since you can't unring the bell even if it were stricken from the record the jury still heard it but Martinez wouldn't have had the opportunity to present the rebuttal evidence.
