Just to let everyone know one of my favorite writers, Elmore Leonard died.
I never read any of his books that didn't both entertain and cheer me, and always felt better at the end then when I started reading.

It is worth noting the passing of well known people that really do form part of the web of ones mental life.

I have noted a few people that are part of my mental life... not every dead celeb... but any that people regard as significant.
