Post subject:  Turkey Offensive in Syria - Building a SAFE ZONE

Trump has withdrawn US troops fro Syria... leaving Turkey free to battle Kurd sepratists and set up a "Safe Zone" across the border in Northern Syria. It makes SENSE since Turkey is struggling with 3 million "refugees" from Syria having entered Turkey. EU is supposed to be helping this situation (for their own sake so that Turkey will hold refugees who might otherwise carry on to Europe).. but have reneged on promised 6 billion, and done nothing to help

Erdogan threatens to flood Europe with 3.6 million refugees as Syria offensive forces tens of thousands to flee

I do not think Edogan is necessarily the "bad guy" (on this occasion) :roll
Building "Refugee camps" close to "war torn" areas has always made sense. They at least MIGHT be able to return to their homes after conflict. Makes more sense than them dispersing around Europe (and UK).
I would hope that when Turkey gets their crop settled back in Syria.... UK and Europe can transport their (Unhappy) refugees back to where they came from (Just a dream)

BUILD THAT SAFE ZONE!
Kinda like a WALL... Syria are not sending there best into Turkey.

Erdogan is taking steps to secure Turkey's Southern border and STOP the flow of illegal immigrants into Turkey. Sound familiar? And it is WORSE than the flood from Mexico into USA... there are MORE of them (over short period) for a start, and they are actually just using Turkey as a route to Europe (and UK), The EU have reneged on funding (6.5 billion??) to help Turkey deal with 3.5 million refugees.... do Europe want them? At least Erdogan is planning to keep SYRIAN refugees close to (in) Syria... so the can return to their homes.
