California’s second major earthquake in less than two days struck near Ridgecrest, a Mojave Desert town about 125 miles northeast of Los Angeles. Some poor guy in Pahrump, Nevada is being counted as a casualty of the earthquake. He was working under his jacked up car when it apparently fell on him. The coroner calculated that he probably died during the time of the first quake. |
