f you concede that a mere accusation is sufficient in deciding how you regard Judge Moore, then you are conceding that Mob rule takes precedent over our established concept of Justice. The "golden thread" of "Innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt" is lost. The Judicial outcome matrix, intentionally weighted to ensure that INNOCENT persons are not punished.. even at the expense of letting some guilty people walk free, is turned on it's head. You have abandoned the principle that the ONUS is on the Prosecution (accuser) to prove a case. You are in the realm of "GUILTY.. Unless you can prove your innocence". Which is fraught with danger, since "proving a negative" can often be impossible. And you can FORGET the 5th amendment!!! The right to remain silent is GONE.. if you insist that accused people MUST prove themselves innocent.. or be regarded as guilty The fundamental principles of British (US) justice are being abandoned. It is a ploy to claim that somehow the fundamental principles of "Justice" only apply in the formal setting of a court. The system of justice is supposed to apply across society. |

I am looking for copies of Documents handed out at the presser.. including the divorce denial signed by Moore, as circuit judge in 1999. Initialed by his assistant with initials "D.A." They copied his signature on Nelsons divorce order not realizing "DA" was his assistants initials, not his title. A SIXTH accuser.... claims 1991....Moore grabbed her ass as she was leaving his office... she was older woman (28)... with 2 kids.. so NOT the "Underage meme" This is getting SILLY now. It is quite RIDICULOUS that more and more people (even lawyers) come out with statements like “I believe the accusers”…. with no evidence.. just a “gut feeling” THAT is the same stance as the various rioting mobs take… they just KNOW that “Hands up don’t shoot” was real. They are SURE that all cops shooting dindus are guilty of Murder… same same… Judge Moore is guilty of sexual advances on a 14 year old. Even though the creepy behavior described (even if true) is NOT irredeemable… if somebody was found guilty of such a thing…. it would be past it’s “use-by date” well before 40 years had passed. PS Ivanka Trump should STFU as well!!
