I was (am) Neil Young fan.. from first listen. The CSNY album was a joy to find, though I was vaguely familiar with Buffalo Springfield already. My 1st fave Neil Young song was "Country Girl" I think it still is my fave? |

I have never been a Beatle's fan or really a Stones fan. I like a few Beatles songs and a few Stones songs, I didn't know there was a time when you had to show an allegiance to either or Part of my problem with the Beatles is that John Lennon was such a despicable human being, add Yoko to the mix and I am grossed out. I know many of the famous or popular musicians are people I wouldn't want to spend 5 minutes with. But some I just find more offensive than others and I have a hard time separating who they are from what they sing. You couldn't pay me to sit through a Barbara Streisand concert even though I find her voice simply beautiful. John Martyn Couldn't Love You More |
