The ambiguous wording of the text accompanying the image (“That county has the same population as ALL of the blue sections”) has been misinterpreted by many viewers to mean that more people reside in Los Angeles County (represented by the red dot) than in all of the states colored blue on the map combined. That is not the case. The text means that the population of Los Angeles County is greater than the population of all but a handful of individual states. (For example, more people live in L.A. County than in the entire state of Washington, and more people live in L.A. County than in the entire state of Oregon, but the populations of Washington and Oregon combined are still greater than that of L.A. County.)

GOP strategist Jeff Roe, who ran Texas Sen. Ted Cruz' 2016 presidential campaign, tweeted out to his 16,000 followers asking fellow Republicans "to donate $1 to keep this vibrant democrat on the debate stage. One debate performance is not enough."

At least several people appear to have taken up the challenge based on responses to Roe, accompanied by copies of receipts of their campaign donations.

Because qualifying for future debates requires a certain level of fundraising and support, Republicans say they want to keep her offbeat presence on stage.

Yeah... if she is for open borders it's a black mark...

There are a lot of Republicans already who support open borders.... we don't want another one... maybe she could be re-educated?

Kamala Harris was TRYING to get time when it was NOT her turn because she is black (or something)... and was appeased with "30 seconds" to speak... but she went on for several minutes basically attacking Biden decades ago... and it seems that the DEM position is "Reparations for slavery" (which is NUTS!) I switched off. "Reparations" is silly.... WHO is a victim? Any black? (who may be rich immigrant from UK or west Indies or any African Country Recently). Who pays? Any "white" including those whose ancestors opposed slavery.. came from (European) Countries that had NOTHING to do with slavery. ARABS were (and are) big on slaves and human abuse generally... they should get a big bill

The little I saw of Tulsi Gabbard (on Tucker) she seems sane and rational? So... I can't see her getting far in the Modern Lunatic Dem party. Maybe she could change parties? She MIGHT be OK as a Rep... I'll reserve full judgment on her until I see more of her. CNN Detroit Debate(s) Dem clowns in 2 tranches over 2 nights Tuesday and Wednesday TUESDAY - WHITES ONLY!! (they claim it was a random draw... yea, right WEDNESDAY - Still mostly white? Clearly the Dims are NOT as "diverse" as they could be.
