Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, aka 'Tommy Robinson' facing ban from all England matches Tommy Robinson is facing a complete ban on attending England matches both in the UK and abroad after being filmed punching a Three Lions fan in Portugal. The former English Defence League leader, 36, was caught on camera swinging at the man who was knocked to the ground ahead of England's 3-1 defeat to the Netherlands in the city of Guimaraes. Now Bedfordshire Police, Robinson's local police force, are working with the UK Football Policing Unit to hit him with a football banning order. If successful, the order would see Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, barred from attending England games in both UK stadiums and abroad. A spokeswoman for Bedfordshire Police said: "We can confirm we have served papers on an individual regarding an application for a football banning order." The next hearing is due to take place on October 18 at Luton Crown Court. She confirmed Robinson was the individual in question, but added that as the case is a civil and not a criminal matter, the force would not be commenting further ahead of the hearing. In the wake of the incident in Portugal, which was widely circulated on social media, Robinson claimed he was acting in "self-defence". ...more at link https://www.itv.com/news/anglia/2019-10 ... d-matches/ |

Luton Crown Court Case Lists Hearing information is available from 10:00am Monday to Friday when the court is sitting https://www.thelawpages.com/court-heari ... -Court.php Search "Yaxley-Lennon" ----------------- Ezra Twitter https://twitter.com/ezralevant It's 2 p.m. in Luton, in Bedfordshire. I'm in courtroom 2 of the Magistrates Court. The police are applying to ban Tommy Robinson from attending any football games in the UK. The first matter is that of Tommy Robinson's address. Tommy is justifiably opposed to having his residential address published in court, for reasons of security. The judge seems to accept hearing that information privately. So let me just recap what happened, in plain language. Tommy has given the police and the courts his home address. The police agree his address should not be said publicly. So does the judge. But a reporter demanded the right to publish it. Un. Be. Lievable. It sounds like we're done for the day -- just half an hour after we began. The trial is planned; the matter is now adjourned until 10 a.m. on January 17th, 2020. Until then, Tommy is not banned from football games. Then it will be heard on March 24th in the main. And we're done. At 2:33 p.m. The judge is talking to the clerk. The judge asks Tommy to stand. He says Tommy is not the subject of criminal proceedings, and is not subject to bail. But he gives Tommy strong advice to attend court on January 17th. Judge says there's no obligation to be there but his case would likely suffer if he's not. |

Thinking about Tommy Robinson (as you do)... I am GLAD that Tommy (Steven) is taking as much time as he wants/needs to recover from the latest abuse and torture by the UK State, or just to take a break from it all..... I think that people who claim to support him generally (especially in UK) have let him down badly. 10s of thousands (a million on fb) sign up as followers/supporters, but when "push comes to shove" where are they? It has been said (shouted), time after time, that the various State authorities "would not dare" do the next act of persecution on Tommy, because "his supporters will bot stand for it" and things will "kick off"... but they never do. Tommy gets dragged into court... Tommy is convicted despite no evidence of a crime... Tommy gets excessive sentence way beyond normal precedents. His fans have an occasional demo.. as and when allowed by the police.... no help to Tommy.. no decrease in his sentence. |

This is an article about RELEASING PHOTOS.. to get public assistance identifying Muslim thugs.. and yet the only photos are of PEACEFUL Tommy Supporters at another event.. I Checked Greater Manchester Police YT page.. and they didn't show photos either... but I found them at their twitter ![]() Investigators release photos of 26 people they want to speak to over 'serious public disorder' The Independent Lizzie Dearden, Home Affairs Correspondent ![]() Police have arrested 13 people over “serious public disorder” at a rally held by Tommy Robinson before the European Parliament elections. Violence broke out after a large group of men calling themselves the Muslim Defence League (MDL) converged on the event in Oldham on 18 May. Supporters said they wanted to protest against Robinson’s election campaign, but footage posted on social media showed numerous members of the group with their heads and faces covered. “Look at the soldiers behind us,” said one member of the group. “We’re Halifax Pakistanis reppin’ in Oldham, and reppin’ for the MDL.” Police initially escorted the demonstration, but violence broke out after they arrived at the pro-Robinson rally at a park in Limeside.
