I came across Ezra Levant "crossing swords" with "The Human Rights Commission" in Canada, back in 2008, after he was cited for offending Muslims by publishing a copy of the infamous "Mohamed Cartoons"

I first heard mention in a "Brian of London" Interview of Ezra back in 2008... and I tracked down at least some of the videos that Ezra did with the daft "Human Rights Commissioner" ... who later resigned because she was getting blow-back after her performance was shown in the YT videos.

He seems to be “pre-judging” a case (one he is sitting in judgement on) .. in public media….

This is farcical.....

If Judge Marsbar QC (Queer Customer) had GENUINE concerns that TR's live stream might effect the Jury in the trial... then.....

The Jury would need to be morons who should NOT be sitting on a jury.

The judge should have maybe sent cops to ask/tell Tommy to stop, rather than let him film for over an hour..

IF this TR stream is so damaging... then how come it is still up on YT... doing all the same "damage" the Judge is worried about... ongoing... there to stuff up the Jury in the next part of the case. In fact there are MANY similar videos (only worse) of THE SAME CASE.. the same filming of savages going into the same court for the same case... only those videos have people screaming at the defendants.. declaring them guilty. (not alleged).
As has been pointed out...despite claims that the details of this case are to be kept "secret" so as not to effect Jurors.....The case details are available on "MSM" ( such as BBC)... they may not be "livestream"... but Jurors can read/watch all of that stuff now.

The Mirror CLAIMS that the "offending livestream" recieved 250,000 views "within hours" of Tommy streaming it.

That is a lie.. I was watching it.. it got about 10,000 views at the time.

It has 4.1 MILLION views now, just on TR fb, and many more views at many YT copies of same video... because of all the publicity generated by the abuse dished out by the Court (Dopey Judge Geoffrey Marson QC).. and continued corrupt Government shenanigans.

This, of course, points to the fact that the reasons given for arresting and imprisoning Tommy are crap. It is nonsense to claim the judge was concerned that TR live-stream MIGHT prejudice the jury. IF that was the concern, then as well as stopping Tommy filming, the judge would have at least made an effort to BAN/BLOCK the video on fb/YT (as seen in UK). The judge was apparently able to get all UK news outlets to remove news stories, and so could have had this video removed (at least from UK view). He did not do that... he publicized the video to the extent that it has now been seen by millions of people... and continues to be seen... apparently that does not concern the judge?

I might add that Tommy was careful to refer to the Islamic savages as "Alleged perpetrators".. there are other YT videos of same perps at same trial, accosted and called out as guilty. The Judge had no problem with that either.. before sentencing Tommy, or since. There is no Court order blocking MSM (including BBC) reports of this case, naming the perps and their crimes.
