I am DISAPOINTED that some of those who are talking about all this (supposedly on Tommy's side) dont even know the details of what happened and not even some of the wider issues/importance of this.
eg I posted a Tim Pool vid (but deleted it)... talking to a US lawyer... and neither of them had much idea about UK law... and clearly neither have watched Tommy's live stream before he got arrested. Tommy WAS NOT confronting people... shouting a one-line back and forth with a perp on his way into court did not rise to the level of confrontation etc. People are stating that Tommy was on Court property... which he was not... he was careful to not do that .. he remained on the PUBLIC street.
Also Sargon... made decision to not comment (much)... as he feared he could be arrested because of the Media ban.... I can see his point... but in his livestream he too is unaware of the facts... and IMO he should have at least watched the Tommy livestream to educate himself before he made the comments he did. He essentially said that he supports Tommy still.. and like us al,l is appalled that he got prison... BUT... Tommy did break the law (again). If Sargon is to take that position... he should at least watch the fucking video leading up to Tommy's arrest. The perps in these cases are named in MSM reports.. and even their photos (mostly masked) have been posted by others. There is a gag on reporting the verdicts of the first trial(s) until all 3 trials are done, so as not to prejudice the jury(s) yet to decide. Tommy stated he was WELL AWARE of that... and would NOT be able to comment on what verdicts came down...
It is easy for Sargon to say "Tommy made a mistake" and so brought this conviction on himself... FreeTommy is not the right battle to go all-in on.. but.... I dont believe Tommy did "make a mistake".... he may have been walking a "fine line" (as Tommy himself said in his livestream).... and even IF he put a toe over the "fine line".. he does NOT deserve prison time... certainly not 13 months in prison... (a possible death sentence). I have no idea WHAT would rise to the level of the "Right battle to engage on" for Sargon? Seems to me that Tommy REPORTING that these rape gang trials are HAPPENING... when MSM do not, is a battle worth fighting... and NOBODY except Tommy is doing that.
I am well aware of "sub judice" restrictions on reporting legal proceedings in UK (and Commonwealth countries)... that is why I took to following cases in USA... you simply can not get info on cases in UK (and NZ, Australia).. until after sentencing (if at all)... a case often takes years!!

If the UK, or any other country, want to do that, then rather than go after individual content providers, who may well be overseas as well as local, they need to restrict the interwebs as they do in countries like China. If they are going to be that repressive... then they should be "all in"
