We all know polls are like road bypasses... "you gotta have bypasses" (and polls)

(That is a reference to "hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy" if anybody is confused)


Hence this poll... just for fun.... I figure myself odds are about 50/50?

Don't let me down people ... I am relying on RT posters to do better than JQ :13

I am picking he wont as my poll answer... but it really is a coin toss for me.

My thought is that turkeys would be stupid to gather around people making stuffing

OUTSIDE, "on the courthouse steps", crying about how this would have been Trayvon's birthday, and how horrible it is that after killing the child, now they're trying to kill his memory?.... yeah he'll be there. But INSIDE, where he risks being called to the stand?... ummm, nope.

Come hell or high water, Crump WILL be there and I believe he will be there IN the courtroom AND outside on the courthouse steps afterwards. The entire family will be there. Crump is not about to pass up the opportunity to make the day into a full blown drama and "righteous anger" fest in order to tug at those wallets for cash. I don't think Crump has anything to "fear" by going into the courtroom for this particular hearing. It's really all about the State and FDLE.

How I wish to God this hearing wasn't scheduled on TM's birthday! How prejudicial. It is allowing the race baiters a platform to incite more anger against the defendant. :78

Yes.... how dare TM have a Birthday on one of our hearing dates.

It is an unfortunate coincidence for us good guys.... it is a propaganda gift for The Scheme Team.

One good thing is the dope posters will be all over the sentimentality and propaganda stuff... so less post about actual case matters.

I think your pole results may be right, however, she did ask him to stand up and talk (last hearing?), if that's what you call it, regarding the recording. So since this issue has not been resolved, and further involves the other motion for subponea on ABC, there is the tinest possibility we might see Crump be called on by da Judge.

I would like to see Mom/West file bunches of stuff at every hearing that would require Crump to have to defend himself in some way just to watch him sweat.

On Trayvon Martin's birthday, Zimmerman case returns to court

The teen's birthday coincides with the latest hearing in the second-degree murder case against Zimmerman. Attorneys for the state and defense will be at the Seminole County Courthouse Tuesday morning.

For Trayvon's parents Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, Crump said, the timing is a jarring reminder of their loss.

"[Tracy Martin] tries to keep his composure and tries to have faith in the system, but it's very difficult for them to not become… overcome with emotion," Crump said. "[Trayvon's birthday is] supposed to be a day of celebration, but for them it's not a day of celebration."

Instead, the family has announced a series of events through the foundation they formed in their son's name.

The first of those events, announced by the Justice for Trayvon Martin Foundation, will take place before Tuesday's hearing. Community leaders and college students will say a prayer for the teen's family and sing "Happy Birthday" in front of the Seminole County Courthouse at 8:30 a.m, Crump said.

Trayvon's parents will not attend Tuesday's hearing, Crump said.

The odds on Crump being at the hearing (as he said) just got very long..... smart money is on "No Show" for this poll.

Why the second row? He wasn't there because of Trayvon Martin. As noted. He was there to fight his deposition with his lawyer in tow.

Oh, Obi-Wan? Can you put a screen shot of Crump and Parks in the courtroom into this tread? I want a good hard look at the people who were surrounding him.

I tried to do a screen shot following the directions for Windows 8 the other day. I can't figure it out.
