Lawyer: Zimmerman is no threat, should be released ORLANDO, Fla. — The jailed neighborhood watch volunteer charged with killing Trayvon Martin poses no threat to the community and should be released a second time on bail, his attorney said in a court motion released Monday George Zimmerman's attorney asked that Zimmerman be granted bond for a second time as he awaits a second-degree murder charge in the 17-year-old Martin's shooting death during a confrontation in a gated community in Sanford, Fla., last February. O'Mara motion to not reveal witness #9 also the large block of Jail phone calls. Prosecution agrees some should be withheld... but not all Media lawyer argue that calls should be release etc |

Media argue that calls ARE public record because they have been obtained fro jail by prosecution.. and turned over to defence in discovery. They would not be public IF they had just been held by jail, not sought by prosecution. Judge to "get back to you with a ruling" |

Adam McGill... accountant.. normal job tracking down funds in divorce cases. O'Mara retained him to investigate Zimmerman funds...paypal etc

Paypal open still (though not being used) has $700 in it Detailed moneys... mostly transferred into O'Mara trust account. A lot of transfers back and forth with Zimmermans... ultimately all went to O'Mara Trust None lost...all accounted for PayPal rule prevents transfers over $10k Cash Amounts: Cash spent about $12K currently $13K with family... sister and wife (see above) The $700 left in Paypal is a paypal thing... retain an amount in case there are any disputes etc. |

Accountant confirms they did try and transfer large amount Paypal simply refused... so transferring less than 10K is NOT an attempt to keep it from IRS... it was forced to be done that way because of paypal rules. |

Accountant made good point: You do NOT hide money by transferring between accounts.... you hide money by putting into cash. |
