Good job answering my question before I asked it! Now that you've pointed it out, it seems so obvious that of course they got paid!! I wish West could confront #8 with proof of that. Can you imagine what would happen if he showed #8 the paperwork of a five or six figure payout to Fulton/Martin/Crump for #8's interview? It would possibly get her to tell the truth.

I feel sorry for this girl. She was being used because they knew she was mentally challenged.

I do and I don't. Is she really a stupid person or does she just play one in depositions and on TV?

Remember, she's starting her senior year in high school this fall. At age 19. I doubt she can spell CWP!

Oh how I hope the depo is scheduled for immediately after court breaks for the day today so Crump doesn't have a chance to watch the replay first. Of course, if he's not waiting outside the courtroom to be with TM™'s parents on breaks, but is outside of the courthouse, no doubt in my mind he's watching every second.
