That is a risky move if you haven't already done it in a deposition. The witness has already said that the person wearing the dark jacket was on top and she saw GZ wearing an orange jacket. You really don't want to risk messing that up.

Hey, at least they'll get the info, whether they choose to use it. Also, they can compare for themselves before witness and jury brought back in, since all are gone now. I very highly doubt they're having lunch outside of the courthouse. Much more likely they had food brought in so they can keep working.

If there is even a noticeable difference in size, doesn't have to be significant, it could be very powerful.

Announced first thing this morning. Must have slipped past here. Hard to keep up on everything, especially when we're jumping around on windows while tring to also watch the "show".

I appreciate everyone's contributions to the discussion. And I recall you have made some very good comments - your moniker was classified by me as "smart."

Even those with less knowledge of the facts can contribute to the discussion by asking questions, causing those with more knowledge to go over info that maybe not all remember, or understood in the same way. I probably have the least knowledge of the facts of the case of those actively commenting, and greatly appreciate when others go over things that many already know.
