Did you catch the part where he took the bus to meet with Brandy Green? Seems that Tracy didn't take him to the halfway point...

Hello, I am still lurking. I wonder if Martins mother said she took him down there during her deposition. If so would that be perjury?

I picked a avitar but it was too large.

Do have the current link for this; I think it was in one of his updates but do not know the number.

I consider myself FAIRLY good at decoding ebonics, but others are definitely better.

A lot of people think he was SELLING a gun, I have to admit I skimmed for the juiciest bits and didn't always catch all the context.

New evidence in George Zimmerman case: Trayvon texted about being a fighter, smoking marijuana
By Rene Stutzman and Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel
3:10 p.m. EDT, May 23, 2013

Defense attorneys in the George Zimmerman case today released evidence they discovered on Trayvon Martin's cell phone, including text messages in which he wrote about taking part in an organized fight, smoking marijuana and being suspended from school.

The new evidence also includes texts in which he wrote that his mother had just kicked him out of the house and that he was in trouble for cutting class.

The evidence packet also includes more than two dozen photos: Some — including one that shows Trayvon with gold teeth and two of him making an obscene gesture — have already been widely circulated online, but today defense attorneys officially notified prosecutors they intend to use them at Zimmerman's second-degree murder trial June 10.

There are also new photos, which defense attorneys indicate came from Trayvon's cell phone. They show the teen blowing smoke. They also show a handgun, which appears to be a .40-caliber Smith & Wesson, as well as what appear to be several marijuana plants.

Statement by the family of Trayvon Martin in response to release of pics/texts by attorneys for George Zimmerman..
May 23, 2013
by trayvonstruth

Below you will find the full statement issued by Trayvon’s family in response to the release of information by the defense with their reciprocal discovery.

“The only photos or videos that are relevant or admissible at trial are those of Trayvon taken the day he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman. There is no evidence that Trayvon neither had gold teeth nor gave anybody the finger the night he was shot and killed. Therefore those pictures are irrelevant and will not be admitted into evidence. Is the defense trying to prove Trayvon deserved to be killed by George Zimmerman because the way he looked? If so, this stereotypical and closed-minded thinking is the same mindset that caused George Zimmerman to get out of his car and pursue Trayvon, an unarmed kid who he didn’t know. The pre-trial release of these irrelevant red herrings is a desperate and pathetic attempt by the defense to pollute and sway the jury pool. The evidence that will be admitted at trial is the legally documented history of George Zimmerman’s propensity for violence, such as his arrest for battery on a law enforcement officer, his injunction to prevent domestic violence taken out by his ex-girlfriend, and evidence of his training as a bouncer for Data Whore Productions, Inc.”
