Jordan Davis was shot by Michael Dunn in Jacksonville, Florida during an argument over loud music at a gas station. Dunn is pleading SYG. A pretrial hearing was held today. The Judge will decide on Bond next month. Dunn actually is a white male. Jordan Davis black.

Rumpole, I thought this might be more appropriate in the "Calendar" thread, but since the comments there are locked, I dropped it here. Since the Immunity Hearing for April has been cancelled, wouldn't the "drop dead" date for the final witness lists be changed from 30 days prior to that hearing, to now be 30 days prior to the June 10th trial date?

Not as far as I know... the note was 30 days before immunity hearing/75 days before trial.

I just added a copy of Judge Nelson's order regarding Scheduling to the calendar thread.

But who knows... it makes sense that the date would be adjusted.. but "sense" is not always apparent.

I use this name on facebook and twitter and get accused of being gz all the time.....or taffe....or paid to post. I love when they claim I am actually george since the pic i use is a meme pic I made and features my face and some text explaining why I am george zimmerman.
Once on one of the jftm type pages if not jftm itself they accused me of being george and being in violation of the bond by "contacting the martins" because a martin was posting on that thread. They threatened to contact the court about it.
