Ice cream for help, but nobody would help me.

credit to John Galt for this gem.
I have predicted this could be West's closing argument.

Take the joke........ lose the cannoli (photo of West's family)

Thanks Walther I spotted it at CTH too... and your suggestion about including in Defense close is a great idea :)

I don't think West will do the Close... MOM will.... and I don't think "Knock-knock" jokes will be MOM's thing?

I guess I am a "layout" kinda guy. In the Casey Anthony Case one of the first things I looked for was a floor plan of the Anthony home.. since a lot of discussion revolved around that. I ended up producing a Floor plan for that case. :) (I am famous for it)

Here as soon as I saw the layout I knew the MSM narrative did not make sense.

How very engineer of you. ;)

Let me guess: you're going to tell me that the next thing you do is to define your assumptions?

I do like to look at assumptions. Recognise what are assumptions and what are facts.

I do like to formulate a null hypothesis and then test that against available data.

Then it's ongoing studies based on results, to modify an overall theory as new facts need to be included.

A bit of engineering mixed in with Social Science (psychology) :) Which is exactly my background.

I am well aware of what a "scientific" approach to evaluating information (data) is, as opposed to supposition.

Natives are restless so why give 'em any flyers ...I got you...sorry for the faux pas.

It is a perfect setup for all the media idiots who were saying West's opening joke fell flat ...if it later turned out they were just missing the punch line that went right over their heads....and then ...gotcha!
The other shoe to drop would land squarely on a lot of cockroaches who just have no sense of humor. :Gslap

Yeah Walther.... I know it's "pissing in the wind" all the Traybots are posting that pic and others... doxing West's children.

The photo is everywhere in the twitter sewer, fb etc... even so called MSM.

But as a matter of principal I don't want to publish photo's of West's family here.

I opened this link to see what it had to say about the HLN ratings. Found the comments interesting as well.

Sunday George Zimmerman Thread
Eric Zorn at the Chicago Tribune, who has been following the George Zimmerman case since its inception and carefully reviewed the discovery as it became available, has a new article today, Zimmerman Trial Has All the Ingredients for a Miscarriage of Justice. [Link below.]

It builds upon his article about Rachel Jeantel's testimony written earlier this week, The State's Star Witness Testifies Against George Zimmerman, which is a must-read. [Link below.] ( In re-reading it just now, I see he has added a quote from TalkLeft, but I recommend reading it for his words, not mine.)

Once you read his article on Jeantel, you will understand why he concludes in today's article:

"...if they [the presumed-guilty crowd]can just take a few steps back for perspective, my friends will see in themselves here the very police and prosecutors whom they've justly criticized in so many other instances. They will see a rush to judgment, tunnel vision and an almost desperate attempt to sidestep accumulating reasonable doubts. They will see that skepticism about the legal process is not something to be set aside when a prosecution suits your politics."

In following the George Zimmerman trial somewhat closely online last week, I noted a familiar pattern:

    Sympathetic victim.

    Unsympathetic defendant.

Evidence of innocence explained away with far-fetched theories or else ignored.

Evidence of guilt magnified and bolstered with irrelevant detail and innuendo.

...

Yup, sounds like Trayborg™ to me.

Bombshell? I thought it was common knowledge that BDLR led her constantly throughout the April 2 interview.

Have a favor to ask...where might I find that photo that was posted here a few days ago of TM dead with his earphones close by his head?

I just might like to prove a point to the Traybots.

It is plain to see that Bernie's normal style is to LEAD a witness... he even did it at Jury selection where at times he may have actually wanted to ask questions and gain some information... he is so used to leading questions he can't stop himself doing it.
So when he has reason to elicit particularly testimony he leads... surely its VERY obvious in the April 2nd bit of silliness.

I note that although a small part of the recording of that was proffered... Nelson blocked it's playing for the Jury.

Is the transcript in evidence for the jury to read?

You could TRY looking in the reference threads here ;)

I would like people to see what is available at RT... find stuff for themselves.

or "search" .... "dead body" will get you there.

I will do a censored version for showing to Traybots.... BRB
