I have a gut feeling that she was coached over and over. They probably did role playing, one being MOM asking questions and giving her the answers to say.

The question I have is,"How hard would it be for her to memorize, "I plee da fif."?" :12

I could use some research help in my battle against the Trayvonites. So I am a scumbag and MOM is a liar because I can't provide proof other than West's statements in court that the prosecution said witness was lying. Never mind that every media source has picked the story up, because when it is a bad thing the media is against them, when its a good thing, well the media is the best. Also please ignore that the prosecution didn't object or otherwise attempt to say that MOM or West were lying, that is because the prosecution doesn't need to set the record straight, because everyone knows MOM is a liar and is just doing everything he can to derail the case because the defense knows that they can't win. :45

Anyway, does anyone have a link to the March court transcripts and does anyone have any concrete proof of the prosecution admitting that witness 8 lied?

Thanks!

Mung it is mentioned in Omara's motion. He includes emails to the prosecution asking for Dee Dee's medical records. I believe he asks several times. Finally he gets a call from Guy telling him no need to file a motion to compel because there were no records. I will have to try to find the exact place in the motion but that is what I recall reading.

Ah yes, but you know how these people are. They insist that MOM is lying about the phone call from Guy. I don't see how they can't understand that in court if West had said what he said and it wasn't true that the prosecution wouldn't be all up in arms.

Why is it after a year after the shooting, with all the information contradicting the original narrative, are we still seeing articles like this? And why are they still using that photo of George?

http://www.clickorlando.com/news/Key-Pl ... index.html

Just a few of the inaccurate statements from the article:

Background: George Zimmerman was a neighborhood watchman of a gated Sanford community who shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on February 26. 2012. A retired military man, Zimmerman had hopes of entering law enforcement and helped create his neighborhood's watch program.

Zimmerman ignored dispatcher's advice and followed Martin.

Though the next few minutes have been described differently by witnesses, Zimmerman first told police that he lost track of Martin and returned to his vehicle.

I WANT TO SCREAM!!! GET IT RIGHT AND STOP SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION!!!

Attorneys for George Zimmerman question Trayvon Martin's girlfriend
By Rene Stutzman, Orlando Sentinel
5:06 p.m. EDT, March 20, 2013

George Zimmerman's attorneys were in South Florida late last week, deposing Trayvon Martin's girlfriend, dad, mom and brother, according to newly-filed case records.

On Wednesday Mark O'Mara took the sworn account of Trayvon's girlfriend, the state's most important witness, at a Miami office of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Shortly after Trayvon's death, she told authorities that she was on the phone with him a few moments before he was shot by Zimmerman, a Neighborhood Watch volunteer who had called Sanford police a few minutes earlier, describing the unarmed 17-year-old as suspicious.

Zimmerman, 29, is charged with second-degree murder and is awaiting trial in Sanford.

He says he acted in self-defense.

It's not clear what Trayvon's girlfriend told Zimmerman's attorneys, but they were expected to challenge her on statements she's made that appear to be untrue.

She was 18 at the time of the shooting, but when an attorney for Trayvon's family, Benjamin Crump, introduced a recorded statement she gave to him, he described her as age 16.

And she told Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda that she missed Trayvon's funeral because she was in a hospital.

Prosecutors earlier this month admitted there were no medical records that would bear out her claim.

She's important because of what she says she heard that night while on the phone with Trayvon.

She has said that Trayvon described to her a man who was following and frightening him.

She told Crump she heard Trayvon and the man exchange words then Trayvon's phone went dead.

Zimmerman's attorneys did not finish questioning the 19-year-old woman, his office said, and will schedule another session.

She was one of seven witnesses that defense attorneys deposed in South Florida late last week.

That includes Trayvon's father on Thursday and his mother and half-brother on Friday.

It's not clear what they disclosed.

For some strange reason, the State has ordered George to appear at next hearing.

That's strange, wonder what's up. Is the state obligated to give a reason for George's appearance to MOM? I just can't imagine what the reason could be.

I like the fact the motion filed to reconsider the depo of Crump came after MOM's depos of DD, TM, SF. I also see MOM hasn't completed his depo of DD.

But Rumpole, your highlight of the best line in that article doesn't show up on my computer screen. We don't want anyone to miss it!

The court has imposed a mandatory appearance for Zimmerman, docket sounding slated for 4/2/13. Isn't the Motion to Reconsider... being held on 4/5/13?

Well, actually, Chip, it's a double post b/c I got an internal error message the first time - but heck yeah, it's worth reading those words twice. Double depositions for double DeeDee. Maybe she has to take DeeDee#1 with her for the next one.

Rumpole, this site is beyond terrific. So informative. Well written Posts. Smart, smart posters. Love analysis and not subjected to name calling and "tricky" nic names of the principals in this tragedy.

You da bomb. :84 :84 :84

P.S. We will need a Davis Thread when that case starts heating up.

Davis Thread ??

What dat?

I have been known to indulge in a little name calling... mainly aimed at cretinous posters rather than persons involved in the case
