I'm thinking a guilty verdict is better than a hung jury...at least with guilty verdict, they get to skip circuit court and go right to appeal instead of another go in kangaroo court.

I suspect Nelson would rather have a hung jury, so she may call it quickly if they say they're having difficulties reaching an agreement on the verdict.

I have seen a couple comments on the status of the alternate jurors. One said both sides agreed to dismiss them and go with 5 jurors if something happened, another said they still have them sequestered. I never really searched to see what the status really is, but it may possibly alter what the result could be; verdict v. hung jury.

even funnier about that photo is on her FB, she commented to one of her NEW Gazillion new "friends" that her hair was point on that day!

One of the most telling to me that George was telling the truth is when Serino bluffed him about the phone having a video of the event, George's reaction was good I was hoping someone had captured it. I hope the jury registered that response.

I don't know... since I am running RT.. monitoring a few sites, doing screen shots, copying live blog etc... I often just listen rather than watch. I may have missed the "still pretty good seal"... assuming it SOUNDS much like the Great Seal.

The good thing about a hung jury... so many people are now hearing about the shenanigans by the state that there could be an outcry that would benefit GZ and nip a retrial in the bud.
