I was reading an article this morning about the new (leftist-liberal) "Progressive Church" here in the USA, and found this part of one paragraph interesting....

"....59% of whites voting for Romney is clear evidence of terrible racism, while 95% of blacks voting for Obama is not. Thus, the media can edit tapes and pictures to make that "white Hispanic" George Zimmerman look racist, but can ignore black flash mobs attacking whites, Hispanics, and Asians. Also not to be mentioned is that 53% of the murders are committed by the 13% of the population that is black, with upwards of 85% of the victims also being black. But tough law enforcement would be racist, so black folks must die on the Progressive altar. Truth, again, is not a defense."

(American Thinker, The Great Progressive Church, Robert A. Hall)

Judge in Zimmerman murder case also taking on Zimmerman v. NBC
Debra S. Nelson will oversee both.

By Rene Stutzman, Orlando Sentinel
7:44 p.m. EST, December 14, 2012

SANFORD — In three weeks, Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson, who's overseeing the George Zimmerman murder case, will inherit a new one: George Zimmerman's defamation suit against NBC Universal Media LLC.

Rarely is a judge asked to preside over a man's murder case and, at the same time, his suit demanding a big payout from a major media company that he accuses of defamation.

Mark O'Mara represents Zimmerman in both cases. In an email exchange Thursday, he wrote that he sees no conflict with Nelson handling both cases and has no current plans to ask her to give the defamation suit to another judge.

Nelson, 59, is taking over the NBC case because she's swapping jobs with another Sanford judge, Marlene Alva, a 13-year court veteran. In January, Nelson will hear civil cases, those involving disputes over money and property — not crimes.

She'll hang onto the Zimmerman second-degree murder case, which she has set for trial in June, but will hand off her other pending criminal cases, including the perjury case against Zimmerman's wife, Shellie Zimmerman.

It will now be handled by Alva, 60.

ABC News Zimmerman Video Re-Visited (original air date 3/28) The Associations and Agenda Become More Clear
Posted on December 13, 2012 by sundance

As you may remember, on March 29th we were reviewing another “exclusive” ABC release of George Zimmerman at Sanford Police Dept. when we noticed something odd, the video was/is actually a recording of a monitor. Initially we thought that meant it was not an official release. We were wrong. ABC was given a digital Hi-def copy from the outset.

We now know that ABC was the first to posess a digital copy of the actual CCTV recording. But they chose instead to use a lesser quality, and far lower definition, video.

As if the agenda wasn't clear enough. Wow!

RT, very interesting paragraph and seems soooo true.

I do hope we will eventually be able to sit back and enjoy the civil law suits... perhaps even some criminal charges... but sadly the "system" seems to tolerate this sort of stuff. There is still the lynch mob... they think the "mis-reporting" is quite OK... they are convinced of GZ's guilt and so see no harm at all in any misstating of facts. They simply can not pause and think that it was all this inaccurate reporting that caused them to think GZ was white racist and TM was just an child with candy.

In your little pile of tricks, can you make Crump into a Pinnochio with the lying nose effect? I know I am asking for a lot...

You are welcome Deb..... this case is a bit of a farce.. and humour can actually help publicise the the fact there is a Scheme Team involved.

(BTW Deb... there is LOTS of good stuff in some of the other areas of RT... love to see you in some of the other threads) :61

So in my idle time, I got curious as to the FCAT and school rankings. CCHS did terrible. Consistantly a "D" or "F"

CCHS

Krop on the otherhand did fairly well. Mostly "B" level.

KROP

The reason I started looking is because I think it is so odd that Sybrina Fulton would pull Trayvon Martin out of CCHS before the end of his sophomore year.

I don't know why I feel bad for TM but I do. I think his parents just kind of threw their hands up at him. When she put him at Krop, I got the feeling that she was trying to get him on the same path as Jahvaris. Altogether, that is not a bad thing. She said that Trayvon was doing better at CCHS than at Krop but CCHS has a much lower bar, IMO.

I also checked and Krop has intensive education classes for students that didn't pass the FCAT. I couldn't find a program like that at CCHS. I only found a couple for grades in middle school there.

I don't think his parents were being neglectful as far as school was going and they seem to be making some efforts there to get him better educated. The problem is that the school he was going to was so poor that getting him into a better school accentuated how far behind he was. I can only imagine how frustrating that was for him. Being an average student at a poor school makes failing student at a good one.

All of this seems to coincide with his behavioral issues. His homelife was falling apart. CTH makes a good case that he was mostly likely staying with his aunt. He had to make a school change for some reason unknown to us. IDK that it will ever be proven that he tried to punch a school bus driver although the tweet the day before the suspension seems to point in that direction. MOM has pretty much said that those school records are off limits by law and that he would only use them in court if character attacks were underway by testimony against his client.

IMO, there is a reason that Crump immediate sought to seal his records after the leak about the suspensions. IIRC, he did a seal on the Autopsy also and that may be why we are not seeing the full toxicology reports. He knows what is in those and it goes completely against the narrative that he has sold the public.

The same goes for the phone and Dee Dee. Anything that is being hidden is hidden for a reason.

I can understand reasons to seal all sorts of records.. though in Florida my impression was that the Sunshine Law should limit how much can be sealed.

But... surely.... SEALING a document from release for public scrutiny is NOT the same keeping it's existence secret?

If there are reasons to seal school records, toxicology reports, phone records so be it... but that is not the case here these records have simply not been mentioned in discovery and so surely we have to assume that if the Prosecution have them they are still after 9 months not providing them. I can't for the life of me see why that is not breach of discovery laws (perhaps Brady, though I am out of my depth with a legal opinion).

ALL phone records are absolutely CRITICAL in a case where the defendant was on the phone minutes before the "crime", Prosecution CLAIM a star witness was on the phone with the victim up to the time of the incident... clearly the phone records of those two HAVE to be produced... warts and all.

I don't see HOW a full toxicology report on the deceased can NOT be probative... it is what it is.

And lets return to PING LOGS... is see no way such data can be sealed.

And even school records I think will be relevant.... if the prosecution have any case at all it is that TM was an innocent child.. that character narrative will be part of their case... recent school records are clearly relevant to refute (or support) that..

Isn't there supposed to be the release of the 9th or 10th Supplemental Discovery soon? I can't keep track of the numbers anymore...Blaming old age and medication...

I want to see a phone record that wasn't produced by Crump since I don't trust any further than I could throw him...

"Old age and medication" :31

You are doing ok Deb.....hang in there....... but if it gets any worse, you will have to transfer to JQ :12

I want to see phone records and PING LOGS..... at this stage I would even settle for just a listing in Discovery so that I at least know they have been obtained.

Perhaps a little unfair... I still have a lot of friends there... but even they are appalled at some of the Trayvon Zone nonsense.

BTW, seeing eye..... there is a lot of stuff here at RT ... you might be interested in Casey Anthony stuff for instance? :42

Not earth shattering stuff... and STILL IMO there is important evidence being withheld by the State... and I can't for the life of me understand how they continue to get away with this?

Well, here’s the listed items in the 10th supp. Woo-hoo. Things moving right along, pfft. I can’t tell what’s going on there. Bernie made it sound like some big deal with the Serino drafts but it looks like it all occurred in a five hour time period. I have no idea what “draft” means in this context. They state there’s a draft 4 and 6 so where’s 1, 2, 3, and 5? Well maybe in January we’ll get to see what’s in this supp. Still waiting to see what the 11th supp is.

rumpole2 says:
December 19, 2012 at 4:16 pm

The mere fact that there are multiple “drafts” with different content indicates that Serino was under pressures, not related to the FACTS of the case.. but rather side issues.
