Scheaffer says they're likely arguing at sidebar over cross-examining ME on his notes. Says not allowing the cross likely reversible error.

Also says Bao's notes will be sealed until some time after trial. Says West will insist they not all be destroyed.

Good point, imo:

There is no doubt this ME got TM's height wrong. I was literally in shock when the clerk of the 7-11 store came to the witness stand. After viewing the video at the store I had thought the clerk was a really short man. But when I saw him in court he looked about as tall as O'Mara! Something very fishy about the "facts" as stated by this ME.

Prosecutor being sworn in instead of his word accepted as an officer of the court? I am sooooo curious!

1:02 p.m.
West says there are a couple of issued with Dr. Bao's notes he'd like to address. Dr. Boa is back on the witness stand.

11:56 a.m.
Judge Nelson asks a clerk to make a copy of Dr. Bao's notes. She says the attorneys are asked not to share them with anyone else and then they will be destroyed.
