I sent a similar email yesterday. I also said there was no evidence of who started the confrontation, it should be noted as unclear/debated, as should armed (trial indicated Mr. Martin used the sidewalk as a weapon and also, there should be a yes answer to a "witness to the attack", witness was Jon Good who testified to seeing the attack.

I also told them:

"Based on the inaccuracies in this one case, I would not give much credibility to the information in the other cases. Many people are referencing your findings and you are doing a disservice by allowing the misleading information to stand. I would hope in the effort to portray the information accurately, with integrity and honesty, you will make the necessary corrections, actually you should begin by removing this case from the statistics of SYG cases altogether."

I've written so many letters in regard to this case, something I've never done in my life. I do agree,
more people need to express displeasure with the media outlets for the misleading information they continue to relay.

Can he ban us for what we're thinking?

As I said in my recent tirade... I may moderate the threads... move off topic posts, perhaps delete the odd thing, but not so much moderate people, and their "thoughts". If I do move a post or whatever it is not because I have any animus towards the poster... so banning is not a consideration. I just want to keep stuff in defined categories where we can all find it.

Wow, I know this is a bit old but it's news to me. Here is a clip from of all people Chris "Racism = White" Matthews. Matthews first has on Pete Williams to talk about Federal Hate Crime charges then has Jasmine Rand respond. IANAL and don't know Williams but his handling of it sounds good to me and I suggest you watch the whole thing because it sets up what I really want to point out and my shock that it's coming from Matthews which is Matthews handling of Rand.

Try to set aside for a moment Rand's lies and manipulations and listen to Matthews. He really sticks it to her and forces her to stay on point which is the point at the time of the shooting and was it because Trayvon was black or self defense and how she would present that and parse it out to a jury. So she tries in typical scheme team style to run past it and he stops her even saying she skipped passed the incident and a bit later forces the issue right to the point of the shooting in fear of ones life/bodily injury(self-defense) but she just can't reason with it, "I don't know how a grown man felt any great danger of bodily injury to himself when he was carring a loaded gun the entire time." says Rand

Matthews again forces the issue, this is me paraphrasing "At the point of horror had Trayvon not been black would George have acted differently", Rands answer is yes, in other words if everything went down the same way and Trayvon was white George would not have shot him.

Of course this doesn't make up for the majority of how the media has spread the propaganda for a year and a half but it was refreshing and truly shocking to see it coming from that station and Matthews.

Yes... the Williams guy's set up is as we hear from all legal experts.... difficult (impossible) to pull off a federal "Hate" conviction.

And a shock to me too to see Chris Matthews, appears to "get it" He must have finally got a clue? Phoned a friend?

However, that Rand woman is scary in her Willful ignorance. The Taybots no doubt see her as a savior and great spokesPERSON for their cause.... but I see her in the context of pushing THE SCHEME even now.
Who knows how the MNSNBC audience will regard that interview.... but I think most are willfully ignorant Traybots and will see it as rand making great points. They are still all abuzz on twitter about their petition(s) and the DOJ charges bearing fruit.

I watched that interview with West linked above just now, rather uninformative and very softball, pardon the pun. I have no idea how to interview but I can think of a lot of questions I would like to hear answered. I say we try to convince him and O'Mara to go onto the treehouse and let us ask them a bunch of questions, hell even Julison stepped into the lions wolverine's den for a while I'm sure the defense can handle it.

edit: oh I should say we should ask the treehouse as well, lol, how presumptuous of me but I think they would be happy to make the offer.

Maybe that would be a good post for SD, questions all have, Then narrow them down to the top 10+/- to be presented to OMara/West and posted at the CTH.

Fair and balanced, be buggered, I have grown to be very biased in regards this case, and I would give the good guys the benefit of keeping some of their cards close to their chests.

However, longer term a full debriefing and accounting by MOM would be great (It will never happen though)


As far as the fluff piece interview with West... he deserves it. The media equivalent of an ice-cream.

The great unwashed public have been imprinted as part of the Scheme... a few humanising items for the good guys can't hurt... might help a little.
