The short answer is there was a death, while a longer version goes into explaining the show! Next we should get cause of death, and hopefully the potential cause of the liver and brain damage.

WFTV Warmoth suggests Nelson was alluding to the ice cream breaks of West as time that could have been spent in deposition. Scheaffer seems to agree.

Idiots.

Scheaffer should know how hard the defense is working, night and day. They don't have unlimited staff and funds, unlike the prosecution, who pretty much has both.

Nelson has given up on the prosecutors and is arguing for them now, essentially. You should really make a point of watching her flipping out on defense when the replay is up.

I think George fired the shot in self defense but Trayvon deserved better then what the Prosecutors have given him.
O/T, but why is HLN the only channel showing the trial. I could not be less interested in those guy in Egypt in the Square or who their President is or is going to be.

Funny how many of the Trayborgs aren't saying it's 2nd degree murder and now hanging their hats on manslaughter.

Had the state wiaved their right to appeal on the DCA ruling? If so, why would the DCA have entered anything more for the record?

I don't know. It would have been better for everyone if the state would have been honest from the beginning and informed people that every death isn't a crime and that Mr. Martin's actions largely contributed to what happened that night. Instead they pandered to a certain group and set up a scenario where taxpayer dollars have been squandered and no one will be satisfied.

Bill Schaeffer just said that if the DT tries to say they weren't given enough time to prepare their case, the ice cream photo will be used by the State.
He didn't mention all of MOM's media appearances though.

The defense should have eaten and slept at their desks and/or in depositions. They asked for Friday off to do depositions before they begin their case and the judge went nuts. In the eyes of Trayborg™ which appears to include Nelson, if the defense does anything not specifically related to trial, such as eating ice-cream or speaking with media, that time should have been spent prepping and is good cause to deny any continuance.

He deserved nothing from the prosecutor, but certainly more from his parents.

Must be saying the defense team did not work every waking hour available.

Jeff Deen again, says this was a plus for the state. Showing those large exhibits, was a good visual for the jury. It gave them the opportunity to visual Trayvon Martin in those clothes. Not sure how that is beneficial to the state.
