Nelson should be removed from the bench.

Isn't she only following orders? The buck stops with whom? Cory? :95

Crump has at least acknowledged and CONFIRMED that TM videoed two homeless me fighting over a bike... and THAT in itself speaks to TM's character.

Comment on 5DCA opinion from CTH......

Quote:

The top two paragraphs of page #4 are particularly important. Paying attention to:

….”and whether such testimony was influenced by the manner in which”….

Also

….”we reject (active aggressive specifically chosen wording) any suggestion that Crump’s affidavit”…..

Every word of this will be mulled over by Nelson – as she attempts to lick her wounded ego. The DCA delivered quite a SMACK across the face, and certainly implies they are fully engaged in watching the events surrounding this trial.

Also, it was a unanimous decision. All 3 judges agree Nelson’s rulings are severely flawed, and potential groundwork for “biased forced removal” if requested. It is also good to note the attempts by the CRS to influence them – backfired. Not only is the Appellate court rebuking Nelson, but also State AG Bondi who filed the State opinion defending and agreeing with Nelson. That is an embarrassment upon the State AG office.

Judge Fudge better be real careful about how she deals with the hearings this week. It could look very bad for her if she keeps up her head in the sand mentality.

Nelson has already repeatedly demonstrated a propensity to blatantly ignore facts and law to rule in favor of Bernie. I seriously doubt that she will change up now.

You don't think that the recent smack downs from the DCA is going to at least make her think twice about what she rules on?

Nope. Nelson probably gets reversed all the time.

Everything Crump is tied to has been like top secret mysteries, whether it needs to be or not. Sometimes I wonder if it is just an effort to keep their opponents schedule full trying to find out WTH is going on.

First the guy is ready for a deposition, then he refuses it. A load of time is wasted on the issue.

Nelson ignores half or more of the defense response as to why the deposition should happen, then silly reasoning (opposing counsel) to rule Crump's deposition out.

It's starting to resemble the Obama mystery issues; birth cert., college records, passport…

We all knew what the DCA should do, so Crump & Nelson knew that also. Now the ruling looks like it should delay the trial. If that happens, does the new law change the rules?

Did they consider that in a foolish gamble, or was there some other strategy I do not see?

Maybe it's because I live in NJ and my parents always used to talk about the Newark riots, but I'm a little nervous about any rabid reactions that will take place if GZ is rightfully acquitted. My husband thinks I'm just a worrywart.

My sister has a loaded shotgun under her bed in her house and I have large dogs and an alarm system. We live in a lovely, suburban family town with basically zero crime. But I still worry. (Small children in the house - guess I'm on momma alert!)

I am thrilled at the DCA's decision on Nelson's ludicrous ruling re: Crunk's depo. Hopefully the trend will continue.

Somebody should make a STRONG announcement (WARNING) that rioters will be shot... or else arrested... and then shot.

It is a "Martial law/war/treason" sort of thing... it should not be available even as a threat used by grievance groups.

It amounts to TERRORISM!!!
