Wow, wow, wow. Couldn't believe what I was reading over at the CTH! Finally!

Now, what happens when the very foundation on which "they" based the arrest of GZ crumbles?? Why is there STILL a case??

This is also (one of) the reasons Crump lawyered up. It's only LOGICAL to infer that he had something to do with DD's LIES. This case is truly unbelievable.

Oh, and I hope no one holds their breath waiting for DD to be charged with perjury. The judge and whatever other officials/politicians involved in this farce can connect the dots like the rest of us and cannot risk exposing Crump for the shyster he is - can you imagine the mass hysteria? They sure can. So DD isn't going to be charge with perjury, but they can charge Shelly because she is white and there won't be any kind of mass hysteria.

THIS is why I can no longer watch these hearings. It sends me to the moon and back!

While I don't know any of the legal ramifications of having or not having an immunity hearing -with regards to this judge, however, NOT having it is the best decision. We all already know what to expect from Nelson.
