Thanks, I'll try it. Honestly I'm ready to go out and buy the most powerful Apple made.

I wouldn't mind seeing one or two Spainish jurors.

From the demographics there should be two Spanish jurors, one black, and the others either white or a mixture of other races. They need gun lovers and in this area that won't be hard to find. I would like to see all white and Spanish males.

I've spent the last 20 minutes debating with my daughter about George's innocence. She feels he started the wheels in motion by getting out of his car and should be responsible for the results of his actions...ugggg. I tried to explain no law says George couldn't do that. My daughter is an adult with 18 yr. old son, so I guess that is swaying her prospective. I may have to resort child abuse.

I think Bigboi is responsible.

If she had controlled her dog when told to, then LE would not have advised George to get a gun. It is Bigboi's fault that Trayvon is dead.. she should be charged with Manslaughter at the very least. Her responsibility for Trayvon's death fuels guilt which she displaces and transfers to GZ. Her hate speech is a manifestation of that. She hates herself really... and who could blame her for that?

Or... it is silly to look at an event in the past... how far back do you go?

George getting out of his car.. strolling and getting back in would have been ok. TM assaulting George is the REAL thing that set wheels in motion.

lol

for a lot of people expressing sympathy for Trayvon and hatred for George is just a very easy, fast shortcut to showing:

1.) They're sensitive
2.) They're not racist
3.) They're nice

etc

See that's the problem, mothers with sons around the same age, or those who have blended families are letting their personal agendas coloring their position. What if this case was white on white, or black on black? Serious question..

I think Tracey is responsible, if he had worn a condom, Trayvon wouldn't have been in Sanford that night and could have never assaulted George.

Tracy certainly is responsible... even after making the condom mistake.. there were many many more mistakes... a few have been mentioned here and at CTH.... I guess his final mistake (in regards responsibility for TM's death).. was to go out and leave a troubled teen to roam about unsupervised.

Hopefully, the jury will be given instructions to follow the law. And the law states that whether or not George got out of the car has nothing to do with self defense. The only thing that matters is whether George was in fear for his life when he pulled the trigger.

And he has the nerve to say that he brought Trayvon there for some "one on one" time. :roll

The only thing he ever had "one on one" time with was female genitalia.

I'm disheartened that even Fox is still using Scheme Team talking points. This is going to be one badly contaminated jury pool.

Me too... even lawyers who seem to "get it" in the past.

I guess the Scheme Team should NOT be underestimated... they did a good job of putting out a false narrative from early on.. and kept it going. IMPRINTING like that is hard to overcome. For a rational person, becoming aware of facts will do it. The Fox talkers have not bothered to get familiar with the facts.

I do not want gratuitous potty-mouthed language.... but this occasion is apt....

Jurors return from lunch at 2, we are in recess until then. Expect them to come in one by one, but judge not being totally clear to public.

Yes, the vast majority of people "absorb" their info from the news, and are poorly informed. Those who seek the truth can find it, though. I'm just surprised that the Fox talkers are apparently "absorbers" and not actively seeking the truth. I had expected better out of them. Meghan Kelly (sp?) in particular disappointed me on this case,
Mike

Eh. I've been called for jury duty quite a few times. The selection process is dull as dirt. What I really want to see is the conclusion of the Frye hearing, but who knows when that will be.
