It just struck me that the methodology will pass the test with Nelson, as the questionable issues involved is the samples tested and the people doing the test, so approval of the tests & testers is up to the jury to decide.

West needs to demand the math used in the program(s) so that he can have the numbers checked to see how the replication or any result produces the probability of exclusion the state "experts" would conclude.

This will be a post-trial issue!

Owen just said "12 step methodology"
