Will a Dee Dee turn up to be deposed by Defence

I have said "a" DD... who knows how many there are?

I can't easily cover all eventualities but will include reference to "taking the 5th"

If she shows up, she will be accompanied by a lawyer who will object to any questions that might shed light on things, she might not even need to plead the 5th as the lawyer will keep her from incriminating herself or anyone else for that matter. Right now I say no, she won't be found.

Well since we don't know who Dee Dee is they can send anyone they want to be deposed. I think she will be there but I think a lot of her answers will be " I don't recall"

Yes... I have said she will be there, and not take the 5th, but like you I expect a lot of "I don't recall"

I agree as well. I think it will be so easy for her to disappear and the state will through up it's arms and say " nothing we can do". The excuse will be she feared for her life.

Personally I think she is already gone I have no proof of this just a feeling. We all thought she was 16 turns out she was 18 now 19 I think she is out of state somewhere maybe at college.

MOM/WEST have done the "mini-depo" via phone to ask for social media handles (and her address)... this was referenced at the hearing Feb 22nd.

I doubt she has the where-with-all to travel and hide... seek a new identity in Brazil

BDLR knows where this one lives... he has to produce somebody.

They did not give details... I agree with you... could be anybody.

My point is.... BDLR et al are still carrying on with the game.. claiming to have a DD... they have to produce one.

Like I say that is silly.

She is a person without the the where-with-alls to skip town?

They have to produce her. She can refuse to testify... but I imagine one side or the other will force her to.

I voted no, I do not think we will ever see her although years from now her nickname will still be well known.

She'd need a lot more than a plane ticket.

She would need a new identity.. and some cash to set up new life. Would need to abandon her friends family etc.. I don't see it as that easy.

Some person with some sort of known identity is what BDLR has now. It may not be the same person as before.. it may not have the evidence claimed.... but it cant just vanish... BDLR will have a lot of explaining to do. He will have to supply the identity he has.
