He also is hell bent to have the small fan plugged into the surge protector. Only it wasn't plugged in there as Oscar told you. He told you it was plugged in behind the stereo. Deeeel with that!!

This is even far worse than the obvious case full of holes I thought he would try to patch together. He is floundering all over the place. It is so disjointed, I don't think anybody is following it. He's all worried about how the defense "heads" have torn him apart apparently.

I don't think she used the phone as a light. Her eyes would have been accustomed to the dark and she could have easily made her way to the bathroom. She had been there many times and knew the layout. It would have been a piece of cake. She likely had intended to text someone from the toilet or do something on the phone when he started yelling and that's why there was no activity on the phone.

People use those phones almost as an extension of their hand and can't be without it. It's almost like an obsession.

Nel has got all worked up about when phone put on charge in kitchen???? No evidence was presented as to when that was done or who did it. In all the confusion after Reeva was dead downstairs OP or Clarice could have simply done that?

Nel is hopeless... all over the place when he does not have some poor sap to bully and badger.

He has still NOT got to a State version of events. He has not put things in any sort of time line.. because he cant. He is NOT going to get to all he might want today.. I can see him asking for more time, more delays as this trial continues to stretch time required beyond belief.

That is simply NOT what is at issue.

What is at issue is that a WITNESS can be mistaken in perceiving those sounds.. that is quite different.

This is bordering on gag-worthy. I never saw a prosecutor in closing argument go so far out of their way to even BEGIN to talk about the evidence they hooted about in their case-in-chief. Where's the meat in the absolute-certain argument? Why was the bedroom door damaged? What was the photo of the air rifle for?

Did you watch the trial Nel? Did you notice your photos show the bathroom window was OPEN? Did you also hear that Stipp saw the figure move across the open window? Why are you making shit up?

This is NOT what I expected at all. I expected each side to lay out their case finally.. well actually I expected NEL to lay out a case.. stating times and details and what the State contends happened (minute by minute) that night. I then expected Roux to rip it to bits tomorrow.. but I did expect Nel to at least present something? I can only ASSUME (and I have been wrong at every stage so far) that the written stuff (100's of pages it looks like) does have all that covered? ..... Fat chance!!!

Nel actually makes some of the posters at True Gossip Forums look good.

They have at least laid out a few details of a case. Mostly wild speculation and not supported by evidence... but even THAT is better than Nel's effort.
