#Pistorius's legal team has arrived to the Pretoria courthouse, but the NPA is unclear if whether the athlete will be in court this morning

#Pistorius lawyers Barry Roux & Brian Webber are in court, it would be extremely unusual for #Pistorius to appear for proceedings

Nel is in court, slams down his briefcase and whips a binder onto his desk, Roux doesn't look up from his notes to greet him #Pistorius

Shame Nel is not on trial. Some civilian equivalent of a "War Crime" Nasty petulant little shit.

If Judge Masipa does not grant Nel the appeal now, he has another legal route to take and can petition her decision #Pistorius

As usual I slept right through it all :roll I'll have a watch later this evening.

Sounds like Nel has not quite understood the ruling and his appeal consisted of :WW . What a bratty little child slamming something on his desk. I'm sure Roux chuckled inside at Nel's embarrassing and unprofessional shenanigans.

Matter of fact Nel, matter of fact.

I hope Nel doesn't snap if he is on the short end of the stick again. What a doofus.

Hi Carm you didn't miss much that needed to be viewed live. Better to watch replay. A skip and fast fwd will at least make Nel go away quicker.

I have no idea what he was banging on about really, except that he still deludes himself that rather than acquitted, OP was shown to be "almost guilty" and so should be subject to penalty for Murder.

I upset a few Nelbots on twitter :cool

A few Nelbots? :77

I will watch some of it later, Nel and petulance seem to go hand and hand. I get the feeling he is going to have to have his hand slapped by the SC as he doesn't quite seem to get it, even now :94

"almost guilty" :46

I don't think Nel can wrap his head around the fact that the evidence shows that Oscar was not hunting down Reeva so it skews everything Nel says and does.

Have you been reading about Jessica Chambers? Her killer is worthy of whatever wrath is reigned down on him. Wrath has it's place.

(I read about Jessica Chambers CTH is on to it. I'll start a thread)

Nel needs to be reprimanded or/and locked up. As we await Masipa's ruling I have read that even if she says "NO" Nel can still appeal directly to Supreme Court. If he does that, men with nets and straight jackets need to go after him

I suspect that he will go to the SC. He is on a mission and has lost sight of reality.

This trial already cost SA pointless Millions of $ And more as it goes on.

Nel and his handlers KNOW how weak the evidence is, and besides there really is no point making such extreme efforts over one person. Nel is obsessed by OP. It is at the level of a psychosis.

It has also brought SA Judicial system and SA generally into disrepute. That 2 has a financial effect as people flee SA 9to places like NZ and Australia) and Tourists see the place as corrupt.

Somebody needs to Muzzle Nel.

Nellie needs new occupation.

This morning, Nel -- usually media shy -- walked past photographers to get into the courthouse through the front entrance #Pistorius
