He has also just admitted that he does not have a filing system in his office.

Wolmarans now being grilled about him supervising the decibel test on the cricket bat and gunshots.

He keeps saying "I'm not a sound expert".

He says he was asked to supervise by the defence.

Wolmarans is now denying that he has ever consulted with Pistorius on his version of events.

However, he seems to admit that Pistorius has been present when aspects of the case were being discussed.

"I'm not biased," he says.

Wolmarans has admitted that he and Roger Dixon, a forensics expert for the defence, went for a beer together after he gave evidence.

He admits they probably discussed the case.

But he denies he altered his report based on what Dixon told him.

On Friday, Tom Wolmarans gave evidence about the gunshots which killed Reeva.

At one point he left the witness box and hid behind the toilet door in court to illustrate how the model would have reacted.

He disputed a number of the prosecution theories, including which bullets hit Reeva and how close she was to the door.

We are in the final stages of the athlete's defence.

Court was adjourned on Friday as we continued to hear evidence for the defence ballistics expert Tom Wolmarans.

He will be back on the stand this morning when court resumes

Nel now goes back to Wolmarans having met with the other defence witness Roger Dixon after he gave his evidence.

For some reason Wolmarans says he remembers that they ate T-bone steaks in a restaurant.

He says they did discuss the case, it would have been "abnormal" if they hadn't.

Nel implying that they colluded to tailor their evidence.

Nel has been pursuing this point because it shows a difference in opinion between defence experts.

Prof Botha, the pathologist, said he believed the magazine rack had caused the injury to Reeva's back.

Wolmarans says he doesn't think it was caused by the magazine rack.

Nel says this contradicts Prof Botha's evidence.

Wolmarans confirms that he disagrees with him on this point.

He must have said that over and over again since he has been on the stand.

Nel now asking about the decibel tests the defence carried out.

He asks why there was such a delay between the tests - the first was on 21 March the second 9 April.

Wolmarans said there was no particular reason, it was just a matter of finding the time.

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel is asking Wolmarans about where Pistorius was standing when he fired the shots.

Does he agree with state expert Captain Mangena on this point?

He says yes.

Does he also agree that Pistorius was on his stumps?

Nel has now finished questioning Wolmarans.

Roux has asked for a 15 minute adjournment for "administration purposes" and to "set something up".

Nel is questioning Wolmarans on the details of his CV. He left the police force in 1992 and since then has been acting privately.

Nel asks whether or not Wolmarans took any proficiency tests in that time - as members of the police force are required to do yearly.

Wolmarans says he did not.

That sound test Wolmarans is talking about - he admits nobody asked him to do it.

He "just did".

Nel is asking if there are any further sound tests made on the crime scene - Wolmarans says there were none.

But then admits: "I told a lie my lady."

He says he stood inside the lavatory door and called out to his colleague.

Wolmarans is adamant he does not think the wound to Steenkamp's back was caused by a ricocheting bullet - meaning it must have been caused by the magazine rack.

Nel is now questioning the position of the magazine rack in the reconstruction - but Wolmarans says he had a very limited time on the crime scene - only a couple of hours at most - and to conduct a through in investigation he would have needed two to three days, possibly a week.

Wolmarans then describes the photos he took on the crime scene as having "no value".

Wolmarans stresses he is not an expert - but does have a lot of experience in - blood splatter.

He also agrees with Dixon's evidence - that the position of the magazine rack.

Nel and Wolmarans are discussing the position Reeva was in when she fell.

They agree she couldn't have been on her haunches.

She also couldn't have been on the toilet.

So she could have been sat on the magazine rack? Doesn't make sense given the height at which she was hit?
