@CondessaKeith right now it looks like 2nd degree murder and some form of manslaughter. That's part of the debate.

JURY INSTRUCTIONS: appears jurors will be able to consider 2nd degree and attmpt voluntary manslaughter in addition to 1st degree

Strolla making sure language dealing w/ justifiable use of deadly force is included under each of the counts #MichaelDunn is charged with

Corey says each charge needs to include that the gunshots could have hit "another" so jurors don't think each bullet was for specific teen

All sides here noticeably frustrated by recent change injury instructions from the state Supreme Court.

Healey: my feeling is roll the dice and go with the new instructions

Healey: I've asked you people for days to make a decision on instructions. Strolla: we had, but then SupCt made changes

After lengthy debate forming hybrid jury instructions, attorneys now agreeing just to use new ones

So #MichaelDunn is charged w/ 1st deg, but jury can also consider 2nd degree and attempted manslaughter by act

Healey says issue of "or another person" being in jury instructions language will be decided tomorrow.

What a fucking mess.

Nobody knows what they are doing.

Surely after charging AND having a trial it is NUTS to now be having a discussion on what crimes MIGHT have been committed

Corey just blamed the Judge (sort of) but the BLAME lies with her trying to cover any and every option to "get" the defendant.

Corey just "spat the dummy" and said she will type whatever the Judge tells her.

"Attempted Murder" is a DEFINED crime in that list.
