Simons: there is a large, very obvious wound tract in #JordanDavis' liver

Simons says the wound tract to #JordanDavis liver helps determine his position when he was shot, speaking on that now

Corey is bringing out a bendable body form for Simons to use to demonstrate #JordanDavis' position when he was shot

Simons: bullet was traveling flat, so #JordanDavis was likely leaning in toward middle of the car

Simons says all other scenarios are unlikely when considering all 3 shots together

Strolla is objecting now bc "not to scale", overruled bc Judge says jury understands "doll" is an aid and not exact comparison

Simons says top dowel in this state's evidence shows likely tract of bullet which hit/killed

Simons: in her opinion, the trajectory and injuries are consistent w/ #JordanDavis being shot from outside the car while inside

Strolla already questioning quality of info given to Simons by JSO. Says she won't just "accept as fact" something that doesn't make sense.

Strolla is specifically questioning the assumption #JordanDavis was seated in the right rear of SUV and not standing

Strolla questioning whether left thigh wound could have been sustained while jumping back in to car. Simons: not simple as yes/no

Strolla: you can't medically or scientifically say this didn't happen? Simons: The variables I was given fit together

Simons has said multiple times to Strolla that he needs to give her specific data to assume any alternate scenario

Simons: Not testifying for the State Attorney, I'm testifying for the decedent and the facts. Strolla objects as non-compliant

Strolla now focusing on toxicology report. Simons says she reported what she received, takes as fact what toxicologist says

Some of the abrasions Simons pointed out she confirms are "not relevant" bc not major wounds

It's a raciss jury to begin with!!!

Out of 16 Jurors... there should have been at least 5 black votes for guilty from the outset.
