Sounds like they are very worried that the jury is actually doing their job and that they are going to lose another case.

Hey, can he be charged and tried for leaving the scene? That is a separate crime, so I would think it would be on the table and not included in double jeopardy.

This is really disturbing to me. Rhonda had to know it was Dunn doing the shooting - otherwise she would be walking into a situation where random gunfire is going off - that would be nuts and not something normal people would do...not in the middle of it happening. How long to fire ten rounds? Twenty seconds?

Rhonda goes directly to the cooler that contains the wine - she may have asked where the white wine was, but I didn't hear it and I didn't see her turn toward the clerks - but she may have. Rhonda seems too painfully introverted to walk in and ask "hey, where's the white wine"? Maybe all Gate stores are set up the same way. Is Gates a chain in Fla?

Point being...it's hard to tell how long she was actually in the store, and this may have come out and I missed it...anyone know?

Interesting Def attny said on the surveillance video you can hear what the witnesses were saying about what was going on outside. Said the State cut the video off prior to that. He was glad the jury was listening to him when told them to look at complete video. It wasn't played in full, but WAS entered into evidence.

The jury can not be shown stuff that was not entered into evidence.

I am increasingly "Miffed" that Strolla did dot emphasise the bullet trajectories... he SHOULD have had at least a photo from above showing dowel angles with door open.

The evidence tech said he took LOTS of photos.... I imagine there may be some that make the point....either Strolla missed that... or perhaps Prosecution are hiding photos (as they do). In which case Strolla could have taken his own pics.

I think if it is shown to the jury they should be able to see it again. IMO And I agree the trajectory is important!

ETA: Some guy on HLN is saying that the trajectory proves Davis was inside and seated....

I think the big problem is they would have to get Guy's DNA off of Bendy before sending him back to the jury.
