This photo ID seems a bit shonkey... especially since two teens did not manage a positive ID... only 3 photos?? so 33 % chance to guess... at the very least I don’t think the "hearsay" from Detective of two photos picked is dubious evidence... showing Jury "filler pic" that looks a bit like Dunn??

Strolla hass questioned JSO's investigation the whole time. He starts this cross by looking at Musser qualifications

@jbohannon he's definitely got a harsher tone, I'm curious if he will carry it in to his own witnesses, or if it's just for cross.

Strolla is pointing out that the "tripod object" Musser mentioned is not in his police report

Musser says when ofcr's went to check dumpsters, they were also asking 15 businesses about outside surveillance- all in 40 mins
