oralandar brand-wms Carpenter : wld you agree there is a lot of pressure involved in this case. Gurka..yes there is .. def atty asking why wafer's side door not considered part of crime scene since he was told there was banging at side door jury excused for 5 minutes. don't know why yet

oralandar brand-wms def atty has motion to allow testimony from another officer from western wayne narcotics team about a raid two doors down from wafer motion is to ques. Gurka about statements made from another officer also about seeing someone running in area of wafer..pros objects pros objects saying the info was followed up def atty tells judge the info needs to be cross exam./ came from a sub inves..judge says it's hearsay judge tells def atty to have the offl. from the other dept to come in and testify but def atty says the off. has been dodging her judge going off bench to look back over the info from the officer from another metro detroit police agency

The Trial File Jurors are looking at the photograph of a vigil for #RenishaMcBride held at the Wafer's home before fingerprints taken. Gurka says he was not concerned if people at vigil touched #TheodoreWafer doors because fingerprints were not important in this case

oralandar brand-wms gurka says it wld have been imposs for someone to break into wafer's backdoor gurka says he didn't think wafer was drinking or had engaged in drug use that Nov. 2 morning gurka says after wafer gave statement at police station that morning he was free to go home gurka says police left wafer alone in back of squad car for about hour and a half that morning. he also was not handcuffed defense asks gurka to look at pics of wafer's home from november last year |
