Gonzalez testified he received a dispatch from dispatcher at about 4:43 a.m. about a caller who had shot someone, who was lying on a porch.

Video and audio from a police scout car presented. An officer can be heard telling Wafer to "come over here" and ask where the gun is. Wafer tells police that the gun went off. "I didn't know there was a round in there," Wafer said.

At about 1 a.m. Nov. 2, Page testified, she was in her vehicle in her driveway preparing to leave when she saw a white car run into her neighbor's car and then a tree.
