DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. - Prosecutors are presenting evidence of the last hours before the fatal shooting of a young woman on a man's porch in suburban Detroit.

A Dearborn Heights judge is holding a hearing Wednesday to determine if there's enough evidence to send Theodore Wafer to trial on a second-degree murder charge in the death of Renisha McBride.

Carmen Beasley testified that McBride's car crashed into her parked car early on Nov. 2. Beasley went back into her house to call an ambulance but the 19-year-old McBride walked away.

Beasley says McBride was hurt and seemed "discombobulated."

Blocks away, Wafer shot McBride on his porch. His attorneys claim he feared for his life.

An autopsy found McBride was drunk and using marijuana before she was shot in the face.

The single shell case was IN THE WEAPON...... it was ejected by (not this guy)... he says ejected by Sergent?????

Ha ha...... screen was removed after the event... placed in basement and the GLASS was put in the door frame... confusion over?

Detective has no idea when Wafer put finger on trigger.... only know it was there when gun went off.
