I'm confused as well. The air bag was deployed in the car so she must have been going at quite a speed to also hit her head on the windshield. Isn't that what the air bag is meant to prevent.

In one tweet, the reporter said it was impossible to have been a head injury

AND he says TEXTS she exchanged, none were admitted into evidence!

I am not posting much about this witness... saying what pings might show... I think the answer will be that the phone stayed in the car during time that is relevant to the case!

brue going over 7 page phone and txt message report for mcbride's phone - Don't you think the jury is wondering or will, why they didn't see texts or anything oh wait, they will know when they go home and surf lol

Brue testified that no calls were made from McBride's phone from outside the area of her home until approximately 12:35 a.m. on Nov. 2. OK so this means she was on phone right before the crash, correct?

SO they have caught the dude she was texting with in a lie correct? Said he last spoke with her around 10, but phone records show call with him right prior to crash!

Wow phone guy made not attempt to phone the numbers that were incoming to RM phone? No investigation at all it seems??

I see Carpenter setting up for the Defense Case in chief. Watch for a lot about where McBride WAS during the extended time she was missing. My guess? They have evidence she was not alone as Ted asserted (possible multiple people on the scene). Tweeting BGI "reporters" have been giving only generic rundowns of what is happening in the courtroom. I have a feeling Carpenter is tearing the State up.
