At that time last year, he was living on West Warren between Southfield and Evergreen.

Bynes testified that McBride did not pick him up from work. He had plans to see her at Nov. 1. He said he was having a small gathering at his house.

In a text message exchange, Bynes write "Im at home"
McBride wrote: "Which is where.?
He wrote: Faust and West warren"

Bynes testified that McBride asked him what his address was.

He said she had never been to his house before.

Bynes said they talked around 10-11 p.m. that evening. He thought she had been drinking because she was slurring. "She sounded like she was having a good time," Bynes testified.

Witness 11: Davonta Bynes, McBride's friend, said he spoke to McBride between 10-11 p.m. on Nov. 1 and said she was slurring her words.

McBride was suppose to come to his house, but she never did. The two knew each other from a temp job, but not well, he testified.
