HRC 90 minutes at 9/11 memorial
"Overheated" – removed to Chelsea's apartment
Dr Bardack states pneumonia diagnosed 9/9
"Overheated and dehydrated" – now fine
90 minutes later - appears on sidewalk in sunglasses – smiling – waving

Overheated? 80 degrees in NYC at the event
Dehydrated? Excuse used multiple times. ('05, '09, '12(?) '16)
Pneumonia? Explains 9/5 event in Cleveland – What about the dozen(?) other times? Has anyone checked HRC's schedule for 9/9? Did she actually go to Bardack's office? Or did Bardack actually make a house call?
Was Dr. Bardack called to Chelsea's Apartment? Mapquest says it is 38.5 miles from Mt. Kisko to Manhattan, and is expected to take 56 minutes.
How was Hillary rehydrated? An IV? Maybe Gatorade? Has anyone heard of a water bottle (at the scene)?
If she was that sick, why was she out on the street 90 minutes later (looking well and still wearing those blue sunglasses)?
(I've had pneumonia and had to be treated for dehydration. It took an overnight stay in a Toronto hospital. I could walk slowly with balance aids. I didn't turn into a rag doll.)

Alternate explanation:
HRC went to the 9/11 memorial after being properly loaded with levodopa. She wore the blue glasses to reduce motion disorders. (See
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OrcO2oRv75I).
After 90 minutes, she feels an "Off" state approaching as her levodopa levels start to drop. The very public location does not allow an injection of apomorphine, so she heads for the exit. She is walking with a hand on another person to steady herself. The Secret Service screws up the exfil,
https://youtu.be/rma0cksnKRs and she ends up leaning against a bollard as she hits a freeze. (Note, the rule for the PD is that the protectee is not to wait longer than 1 second for transport to avoid having a sniper acquire a solid shot.) Once transport arrives, they try to move her before the freeze resolves, and her stiff right leg won't move. She can't help them since she's frozen, and turns into the rag doll they stuff into the van. (BTW, no handicap access stuff in the van.)
No reporters are allowed in the motorcade, so there's no video of her leaving the van to go to Chelsea's apartment.
There's no need for apomorphine at the apartment, since she's out of sight. They can wait for another dose of levodopa to take effect. Then she goes outside as if to say, "Nothing to see here."
Can I prove this? No. But I think it fits the facts better than "dehydration." That story is getting old.
