Carm... report to my office and explain your State's voting :doh

Short answer is that there is a lot of old GOP money in WI. I live in one of the most conservative counties in the state and we voted something like 61 % for the one who fantasizes about copulating with a rat :roll .

Something that it is difficult for people outside of WI do to understand is the god-like reverence and personal attachment people have for and to Scott Walker. Walker did something phenomenal when he brought the teachers union to their knees and when he beat back the recall effort. Many of us, myself included have blood, sweat and tears invested in Walker. When you invest in someone it is difficult to acknowledge that person has stabbed you in the back, but for me I would rather acknowledge that Walker is no longer fighting the good fight but has become a GOP establishment puppet through and through.

Just imagine the favors Walker owes after his Union and recall fight, he is now bought and paid for so he is out with the bath water but the majority of Wisconsinites can not accept this and they blame Trump 100% for Scott not being the GOP nominee.

That said before Scott was unceremoniously booted form the race every single talking head and GOP big wig worried that Scott was not a national candidate, he is dull, he is monotone, he has no social skills and he didn't graduate college.

Please :roll .

Scott was a dead candidate from the moment he stepped on the national stage. Everyone here knows this as a fact but not everyone will admit it. So they blame Trump. So Trump met the wrath of people who are emotionally bound to Walker and economically bought to the GOP Establishment saltworts.

The large and most salient point is that old money the runs the GOP here and a Trump presidency will knock their lying, greedy, self interested, globalist asses right out of the public trough and the GOP can not and will not tolerate such a dismissal.

Talk radio danced to the beat of the GOP Establishment and were brutal in their assault on Trump, the truth be damned, they did everything they could to say terrible things about Trump and treated Cruz with silk gloves.

Someone mentioned dairy farmers not wanting to lose their cheap illegal labor but I just don't have the feeling that is true, (which given it is a feeling means absolutely nothing) the far east side counties that went for Cruz have a lot of the dairy farmers. Apparently we have about 10,000 farms in WI. BTW I did predict the map would look almost exactly like it does.

There is also something not right in the heads of many of our residents in 2012 WI voted for both Walker and Obama. there is no way to square that peg.

And there is always the fact that we are a bunch of drunks :63

:smoke

Karl Rove… pulling numbers out of his ASS

Rove is still adding up the “Not Trump” Says it will still be over 50% even after 95 NY delegates… so what?

It is a lot LESS than the “Not Lyin’ Ted” which is around 72% and will be worse after NY.

TRUMP WINS!!!!

BTW From memory….the numbers are such that Trump will only be about 45 short of an absolute majority after NY… come on people… 45 more delegates and we can DEMAND that Karl Rove.. STFU… and sticks his white board up his A$$

I checked the numbers…. I do want to stick to the real Math… rather than “Twilight Math” as used by Karl Rove.
Assuming Trump gets the 95 from NY…… after NY the numbers will be….

1750 delegates accounted for….

Trump 853
Lyin’ Ted 505
Not Trump 897 (51%)
Not Lyin’ Ted 1245 (71%)

As I suggested.. Trump needs 45 (44+1) delegate more to achieve a running majority.
(Difference between Trump and “Not Trump” delegates.. 897 – 853 = 44)

Oh…. and also BTW…
Given that scenario… after NY there will only be 722 delegates available.
Lyin’ Ted will still require 732

Lyin Ted will have no Mathematical path to 1237

GAME OVER

Lyin’ Ted should “Get outta here” as he has told Kasich

To summarize
There are two critical points in the Math for Trump.

1. Insufficient delegates still available for Lyin’ Ted to reach 1237

(That happens after NY if Trump gains 95.. 85 will do at a pinch)
(So long as Lyin' Ted gains 10 or less delegates from NY... he is toast)

2. Trump achieving a “running majority”.
(Trump having more delegates than all others combined)
As things stand Trump needs a net gain of 140. After NY that will be just 45

Current Polls Favor A Trump Delegate Majority
April 9th, 2016, 4:59pm by Sam Wang

Image

If current polls accurately measure voter behavior, then Donald Trump would get a median of 1,356 delegates – almost 120 more than the 1,237 he needs for a first-ballot victory at the national convention in Cleveland.

I am gonna do a pie Graph showing position prior to NY
It will be "dead accurate" :cool
Except... there are 17 delegates to be accounted for in Wyoming. 14 of those could go to Lyin' Ted and so for purposes of accounting I will add them to Lyin' Ted's total (worse case scenario for Trump). The other 3 are "uncommitted"

( I might do a comparison graph showing Post NY with 95 delegates to Trump)

(Still awaiting official results from Colorado)
Politico states that Lyin' Ted got 13 today.. so I'll use that and put the 3 RState delegates in "uncommitted"

Raw Data
SOURCE: The Green Papers - Hard Totals
http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/R

(Numbers after Trump 95 gain in NY)
Trump 758 (853)
Lyin' Ted 516 + CO 13 + WY 14 = 543
Lil' Marco 173
Crazy John 144
Rats and Mice 85
    Carson 8
    Low Energy Jeb 4
    Paul 1
    Huckabee 1
    Lyin' Carly 1
    Uncommitted 64 +CO 3 + WY 3 = 70
Available 802 - CO 16 - WY 17 = 769 (674)
    Required for Trump win 479 (1237 - 758) (384)
    Excess available to all 290 (769 - 479)

Total 2,472
