So I take it livesreaming of the opening statements was not allowed? Apparently in under two minutes Juan showed the picture of Travis with his throat slashed open.

A problem with a Juror?

The juror is the one who's sister in law knows #JodiArias

We have a juror issue. One of them listened to Beth Karas talk about case outside. Judge is questioning her

Beth Karas had to testify. Now parties at side bar

Mind you, I'm curious to know what reasons Arias has given for objecting to filming. It could simply be that having agreed to it first time around, lessons were learned [by her] about what the public should see, or maybe someone wants to write a book about her, and she wants more fame - you can never know with Arias, she's a game player.

Mind you, I'm curious to know what reasons Arias has given for objecting to filming.

For some reason filming this time did not fit her agenda, who knows why. Maybe she doesn't have access to acceptable makeup and the cell floor is too hard for her to stand on her head long enough to give her cheeks a proper and lasting flush.

I believe everything she does is to manipulate people and feed her fragile, skewed self image.

Jodi looks terrible that is probably reason enough for her to not want cameras on.

Carmelita, I am with you on this. I think she's a very manipulative person by nature, so why should or could she change now.
One thing that bugs me, a while back she was pleading for her life (after saying she should get the death sentence of course, then boy oh boy did she do an about turn) that she felt her defense lawyers let her down, and that she had an unfair trial.

Who do we see sitting next to her in that picture - yup, her original defense lawyer - beats me - but he's aged considerably.
