If this is indicative of how Nurmi conducted himself he did a piss poor job. And I'm sorry but I would smile 100 times if I watched Willmott and Nurmi's faces when J an makes his penny remark


Juan adequately calls Nurmi and Willmott, unethical, spurious, unprofessional, time wasters who are trying to add a few pennies to their kettle. Because the conversation is not about Jodi she is obliviously chewing on her nails. Gross.

And Jodi looks terrible.

Jodi Arias defense allegations: Porn evidence destroyed on Travis Alexander computer

Attorneys for Jodi Arias filed a motion late Monday to dismiss all charges against Arias, alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

The motion alleges that a computer forensic expert hired by the defense discovered that thousands of files, mostly of pornography, were deleted from victim Travis Alexander's computer while the computer was in custody of Mesa police.

Neither the prosecutors nor the Mesa police could immediately be reached for comment.

Alexander was found dead in the shower of his Mesa home in 2008. Arias already has been convicted of his murder and is facing a second trial to determine if she should be sentenced to death.

She is about as nasty as it gets. I hope that the jury knows about her latest allegations against the state and Travis. One dark woman.

i'm a bit behind on what's been going on this week as I've been in hospital for, let's just call it 'invasive' tests, so now I await the results.

I wouldn't be surprised with all the two of them were into (if you believe Jodi) that porn was found on his computer, I wouldn't be surprised in the first place.

I am sorry to hear that you have been in the hospital and I hope the tests reveal a problem that is easily resolved. So very sorry for whatever it is that is ailing you.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Hopefully you will find some good distractions while you are waiting for the results and hopefully you are feeling well.

I am certain that a computer recovery officer said that Travis had one of the cleanest browser histories that he had ever seen. I don't believe the State or the police would outright lie about his browser history, and if there had been anything of substance on it, Nurmi & Willmott would have brought it up during the trial. I am surprised that the defense can even bring up an appeal for dismissal of the charges, I thought this stage of the trial was simply about punishment.

I have had a colonoscopy myself (pretty invasive unless you are Jodi Arias) and survived OK

I long since tired of Jodi case. There is something very wrong with the legal system that drags on this long convicting a vicious butcher who even left photos of the crime?????

Well procedures over and done with, the one I felt the most uncomfortable was actually the endescope, in fact my throat still aches, but none of it is nice let's face it. Biopsies taken, but doctor told me he didn't see anything untoward, so we'll see when I have my next appointment at his clinic.

Now for the Arias, I have to say, although I don't like to judge another country's legal system (i.e. SA just as an aside) but I have long mystified myself with the American system which takes so long to reach determinations, appeals, etc.

Trial is back on track, but like you I'm losing interest. It's pretty cut and dried as far as I'm concerned, she was found guilty of murder, and should then have been sentenced end of.

Agree. Endoscope much worse than colonoscopy at time of event. (dont have the prep though).

Back to the case.. it drags on and I have stopped trying to follow the details of "experts" with daft opinions about DV and subtle psychological nuances that they pull out of their asses.

Yes absolutely agree on all points, it's a fiasco, and for what at the end of the day, she's where she should be, her guilt has never been in doubt - a lot of fuss for nothing imo - and big legal fees for them.
