There are women who stay longer than they should because of having children, and money worries. Some women were out of the work field for awhile. What WAS Jodi's excuse? Didn't know how she would feed her children? Didn't have a "career"? She did - a waitress!

4:50 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking LaViolette about a text message fight between Arias and Alexander in May 2008 where he calls her evil and a "pure whore."

OMG. LaViolette says, "the people she's worked with rarely go on with the anger (to her it's "RAGE"), the choice of words, the kind of degradation for that amount of time and at that level! The way he puts together words, I have never heard something like this so sustained....."

4:57 p.m. ET: Alexander's text "tirade" according to LaViolette eventually continued through instant messages. Laviolette said the fight was very long and it was seemed more intense then anything she has seen in the case at this point. She also said she has rarely seen such horrible language and intensity in domestic violence cases.
