I wonder if this delay is about how to keep Darryl Brewer's face from showing on camera if he's going to speak. When he testified, they never showed him from the chest up at his request due to his concerns for his now-14 year old son.

The other guy, Daniel Freeman (was Travis's friend), who at the beginning of the trial was still a Jodi supporter, came to his senses a few weeks back after her testimony and said he could no longer support her. He also tweeted that he received a letter the other day asking him to speak for this phase and he declined "because she killed my friend."

When she was living with him I simply do NOT believe she would not have done nutty... temper tantrum stuff back then... she is CLEARLY a "Borderline Personality Disorder" person... she is now.... and was then... so unless he lies.. he will have some examples...... Juan will have to ask him the right questions.

If the jury opts for life, judge will order pre-sentence report, set date in 1 month, then choose natural life or life with chance of parole

If the jury opts for death, she is sentenced right away.

I've been trying to find this out for days.

Arias's friend, Patricia, will not be shown on camera though it appears we'll hear her. Darryl Brewer WILL be on camera (though he was not when he testified on Jan. 29).
