I actually enjoyed the lecture on the hippocampus. I'm having trouble concentrating on the test results though.

BTW, I don't agree with what he said about people not being able to manipulate the test results. I once interviewed for a managerial job that required a personality test be taken. The test required that the test taker choose the response most like what they would do in certain Managerial situations. I instead choose answers of how a great Manager would react, not necessarily how I would really react. After the test results came back, I was told that the test showed that I would be the ideal Manager... (I am good, but not ideal, I don't think.)

I hope the jury is intelligent enough to realize that even though the "fog" may be true, she still premeditated the murder as evidenced by the gas cans.

I thought that there weren't supposed to be surprises in trials; that both sides had to know what the other side was tesifying to? So how fair was it that the defense and Dr. were allowed to spring new information/theories on the prosecution? How are they supposed to find an expert to debunk the new info so quickly?
