I don't know......I'm re-thinking my opinion.....I'm pretty sure the jury will find for 1st Degree Murder......but NO Death Penalty. She has been too much of a presence before them. They've gotten to "know" her, see her as a "human being" despite the lies and what she did to Travis. She also appears to be a nutjob, a pathetic one that isn't mentally well given her Travis obsession and never-ending stories. That said, I don't think some of the women would quite have the stomach to send her to death.

HLN Slates Nightly Show on Jodi Arias Trial

The obsession with the Jodi Arias trial continues. This week, HLN will premiere “After Dark: The Jodi Arias Trial,” a nightly show with a live studio audience. The program premieres Wednesday and will run Monday-Thursday for the duration of the trial.

The program launch comes on the heels of Turner Broadcasting’s TruTV scaling In Session coverage back to two hours a day, a move which has sparked criticism in the middle of the Arias trial. HLN anchor Vinnie Politan will anchor the show and In Session on TruTV correspondents Jean Casarez and Beth Karas will contribute.

Politan will be joined by HLN’s Nancy Grace, Jane Velez-Mitchell, Ryan Smith and Drew Pinsky, who will weigh the accusations and evidence of the day. The 12-person audience will act as “jurors” and will render a verdict each night.

Even though I think she's mentally ill, I also believe she's not ill enough to not know right from wrong. She's smart and devious. I think if I were a juror, I definitely wouldn't want her to ever get out of jail and I think I could vote for the Death Penalty in this case. I don't think she is capable of being "rehabilitated".

Someone said Travis used her. I don't think so. He tried to get a new girl, a wife, move on... she destroyed ALL his relationships, slashing their tires, stalking/following them, writing nasty emails, sending emails pretending to BE TRAVIS,
nasty guilt trip religious text. Then when Travis couldn't possibly get any relationship going, "IT" would always appear (crawl thru the doggie dog) naked, anxious and available.

Showbiz is saying "WHAT made Jodi SNAP? SNAP? They don't know it was planned for months and months? Her female lawyer said that too about being pushed to the edge I think. WHAT?

May Jodi ALWAYS be alone with her little mind, like Casey and her many friends.

Back on topic too! That obnoxious first witness was he ... GUS is the one who said ...

"Travis USED Jodi. He would go out with all these nice Mormon girls, then come home and have sex with Jodi!" I don't believe that.

I think in the beginning it was mutual?
But, then he got to know who she really was ... and tried to get out of the relationship.
She wouldn't let him. Not only did she HOUND HIM, but she HOUNDED whoever Travis was trying to
get to know - the girls, and TORMENT THEM too!! Young single people date and get to see if something is there... Each one of them dropped Travis. Two that that we know of ... the witnesses.
Maybe there were more. Maybe it was KNOWN that Travis carried some bad baggage with him ... and that even chased away other girls before anything could EVER get started.
No one ever talks about that open GAPING neck wound ... about 3-4" wide. SLAGHTERED. BUTCHERED!
Jodi did say to the Detective ... "I wouldln't let anyone suffer like that. I would shoot them!" Well she did, at the end I believe. The M.E. said he was probably not living then, no blood was inside his brain.
This is all so horrible!

Well...true to form, they're wasting time again today. I wonder if we'll even get 2 hours of Jodi on the stand today.

2:22 p.m. ET: Martinez said there's another reason why her scenario is impossible. Arias said she doesn't remember much after she shot Alexander.

Martinez said, “Under your scenario, in 62 seconds you get body-slammed, you do whatever you do but you get away. You run down the hallway, you go in the closet, you grab a gun, you back up, you shoot Mr. Alexander. After you shoot Mr. Alexander, you pick up the camera… and he’s already down the hallway with his throat slit."

2:21 p.m. ET: Martinez says from Arias' scenario she was slammed on the ground, found his gun, shot him, and slit his throat all within 62 seconds. Martinez is using the inadvertent photos from Alexander's camera to put conclude it took 62 seconds. Arias said that's not exactly true.
