Is this the hearing where the impact statements are given or is that done at the sentencing hearing. How soon after these hearings does the judge sentence her?

DId you notice how in the beginnng of the docs, seems Jodi wants a copy of everything and anything the victims will use in their statements: pictures, videos, trancription of the statements, copies of any notes!! These people are CRAZY.

This is nothing but a sociopath wanting mementos of Travis to look at during her lonely incarceration (and of course, the side benefit of torturing his family).

Is there a status hearing today and Jodi will be there? Just heard that on HLN. I wonder if it will be streamed.

She is now in a private closed cell and she is allowed out one hour per day. When she goes out, she is shackled around her waist and ankles. I really want to see that. Maybe tomorrow.

Her status has changed at Estrella. Now she is guilty.

I heard Jodi was supposed to be back in General Population when she got out of the psych ward, but instead, they (Arpaio?) put her in a maximum security place for only the most dangerous or "unpredictable" inmates, isolated in her individual cell. (I saw a video of that particular section of the jail)

MBTB - I'm getting quite leery of this defense team - they seem to be coming out with the most outrageous requests (reference the latest twitdocs link) and I'm sure this one is a doozy, too. It would make sense they are protesting her latest housing, though!

I hope Jodi is thinking of the "pool" she said she had with her last boyfriend - Daryl. I wonder if that TOO is a LIE? She should have stayed with him, AS IS, warts and all.
